Seth is absolutely fantastic, he is attentive predicts what you need before you ask. He is the most pleasant waiter with a warm smile and makes you feel welcome the minute he seats you! When you visit Montana’s Langley make sure to ask for Seth you will be pleasantly surprised with what real customer service looks like.oh my gosh and the loudest birthday cheer to get the whole restaurant going! He is a crowd pleaser friendly and awesome!
I had lunch at Montana’s in Langley 10 Oct, and took some leftovers home. Later evening, while eating the leftover cornbread, I found a nail in the food.
This was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. I never expected to encounter something like this at a restaurant.
I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I hope management takes this seriously and investigates how this happened to prevent it from happening to other customers.
