“Very friendly and personable in addition to excellent food.

We had three different dishes. One was a special order noodle dish , one a soup, and one a fried dish. All were excellent in taste, texture, preparation, everything. We could not decide who ‘won’ by getting the best dish.

There were a couple clarifying questions with the special order. Then the cook said, ‘will do’.

Definitely a place I can recommend and will do business with, again.“

“What a great spot! My husband and I are from out of town and wanted a place to have lunch while in New West for the day.
We chose White Spot as we have always found them a good choice. I have food allergies and they are very good about making sure my meal meets my needs. It is nice to find a place when traveling that allows me to feel comfortable ordering.
The atmosphere is great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. When the meal came my husband and I were both very pleased with our meal. I am almost sorry our travels don’t take us to New West to enjoy this restaurant experience more often.“

“We love this location for large group events as they are always very accommodating. There’s lots of free parking in the shopping complex and centrally located.
The service and staff were great and the food never disappoints. There is something for everyone to choose from the menu and don’t forget to save room for dessert.
Prices have gotten a little higher but that’s with everything out there these days.“

We got the seafood tower during Happy Hour as well as the truffle fries - it was perfectly sized for the 3 of us. The server was accommodating to allergies at the table. The manager also had a great sense of humour. This Earl's is my preferred go-to location in Surrey.“

Kid-friendliness: I'm not sure there was no kids there at the time I was there but I haven't been there for a while the last time I was there was one West Broadway and they had lost the kids at that time and everybody was very patient and understanding

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a disability button at the front door so people coming in wheelchair scooters so on and so on lots of wide miles they remove chairs for wheelchairs who won the table so yes very wheelchair acceptable“

“The last time I dined at this restaurant, it was called Hazards, and we lived 5 minutes away. Having moved 10 years ago, it was nice to return to a familiar place. “We were visiting from out of town and stopped at Cactus Club for my partners birthday dinner. We are so happy we chose Cactus as the food and service were great!

We were lucky to have Ghayass as our server and they were amazing! Very attentive and made our birthday celebration feel special. Huge shout out to Ghayass!

For food we started with the calamari and it was amazing, I could have eaten a large entree sized portion of just this! We also got a green goddess salad that was great and the bolognese pasta which was really good.

We ordered a crème brûlée for desert and Ghayass made it special by bringing it out with a happy birthday message and a candle, thank you so much! The dessert was amazing!

The food was pretty good! However, I am a bit peeved at the portion for the new home style potroast, could have used more beef. The cabanara bacon and shrimp were by far the best dish we had. The double patty burger was good and bit dry and saucy, causing the bun to get soggy towards the end.

The atmosphere does feel a tad outdated, and it was odd that there wasn't anyone dining in the patio despite the propane pyramid heat towers being on.

“Found it driving around looking for somewhere to eat that wasn't a big chain restaurant and was not disappointed. The free parking in a real parking lot was a pleasant surprise to find. Someone was quick to assist us and allow us to take our pick of the tables. My wife had the butter chicken and I had the bacon Swiss burger and wow the butter chicken was amazing with a homemade sauce with a mild spice and the burger was well cooked juicy with real bacon. I would recommend trying it out if you haven't and feel the friendly atmosphere at this small family operated business“
