“Simple and good, nothing fancy except what a diner from the 60’s would have on the menu. Sitting down at small tables, you have the choice of views, one is the parking lot, and the other is one of the two indoor ice rinks where hockey teams play and practice. The nearby conversations are as interesting as are the people. “Old timers” who love the game and come here to talk sports while enjoying a smash burger made to perfection, or a tray of gooey mac n’ cheese, or even perogies. “I really enjoyed my brunch here! I ordered the Thai iced tea yin yang (Thai tea + coffee) and chicken and waffles which was one of the recommendations. The Thai tea was perfect - not overly sweet. The chicken was cooked to perfection (crispy skin, evenly seasoned). The portions are HUGE - easily could be split between 2 (or have leftovers). Service was phenomenal given how busy they are. Looking forward to returning!“

“This place is a hidden Gem only not so hidden. We went for chicken souvlaki on the specials day (Wednesday) got 2 and took 2 extra meals home, 1 pop and 3 specialty martinis and the bill was $60 . The food NEVER disappoints so fresh and delicious!!“
“I went there with my cousin and his wife for lunch. They came from Toronto. We found that the decoration, lighting and ambiance were sweet and lovely. I drank three pints of beer. “Came here for my birthday and it did not disappoint. I liked the relaxing atmosphere of the interior. Seating is comfortable and even though I was sitting in the middle, I enjoyed glancing out the window for the view of the golf course. I enjoyed my meal—good portion. The servers were very professional, genuine and attentive (and not pretentious). I did not feel pressure by the servers or excess hustle and bustle like at steakhouses and high end restaurants. Good for special dinners with family or friends. Parking outside is sufficient.“
“This is the top restaurants for Dine Out that we must visit every year. We even make the effort to come regularly, even though it takes us an hour to drive there.However, this time the arrangement for the Dine Out event was not great. It was only available from 9am to 3pm, which was a problem. It got really crowded during lunchtime, and there were also a lot of golfers playing during the day. The whole experience felt hectic and rushed because there were so many people.When we usually come for dinner, it's always a pleasant and relaxing experience. We can truly enjoy our meal without feeling rushed.“

“This place has really improved compared to a few years ago, especially the quality of the food and service! The food is done right! I’m surprised by the lower star reviews. We are picky and we’ve been to this location 3 times recently and the quality of the food has been CONSISTENTLY GOOD! Wings were done to perfection! (Zesty Siracha Lime is our fave, highly recommend)! My mom said her burger was the best she’s had lately, compared to other places, good flavour. We also like the nachos and the Big Texas fries with the smoky bbq sauce! The Bang Bang Street tacos are also very good and worth it especially during Happy Hour! Overall really good. Our food came fast all 3 times despite the larger order, and our servers were super friendly (plus no attitude) and were good and quick on drink refills (I think Ellie and Alissa if I remember correctly), which I think adds to the overall wonderful experience! The food was also piping hot, which is a must! I’ve been to other Wings locations and our wings were at best warm. So this Wings location has become our favourite, it’s quite far from my place but it’s worth the drive. We never have enough room to try the cast iron cookie dessert, but saw someone having it last time and it looked good too!“
