“First of all, the food we ordered was delicious, but that’s not what I want to talk about today!

I was there with a large group of friends, and while carrying a dessert dish, I accidentally bumped into a pillar I didn’t see. The dish fell and the dessert went all over the floor. I was so embarrassed and worried that I had caused a big inconvenience.

Within seconds, a waitress rushed over, told me not to worry, and made me feel completely comfortable. The staff cleaned everything up so quickly and brought us a fresh dessert within minutes.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the waitress’s name, but I truly hope she gets recognized. The customer service here is next level! ❤“

“Wonderful Brunch Experience!
Had brunch last Sunday with my senior retired colleague. It was such a pleasant afternoon.
I ordered the burger and fries - the food was very good, fresh and flavourful. The atmosphere of the place was amazing, very relaxing and perfect for a long chat. What made it even better was the service - the staff was very attentive, polite and quick.
We both really enjoyed our time. Definitely coming back again!“

“Fantastic breakfast spot. So many options it choose from, there is something for everyone's taste. My go-to is definitely the breakfast poutines or Benny's. The restaurant is long and skinny with great light from outside and a patio in summer months. We always go a little before lunch rush and never have problems getting a table.“

The second night I made an order online but accidentally pushed the Westshore location...(I'm in Saanich) when I was pointed out my mistake the young man up front went to talk to his manager Jenn! “Service was excellent. Food, really good. We gad the mussels which were delicious and the sauce was fantastic. The only thing i would change is the focaccia bread. It seemed like regular toast rather than actual focaccia. Wife had the bolognese and i had the carbonara. Both really tasty. Everything was perfect but like mentioned, focaccia needs am upgrade.“
