“A small storefront bakery with the most AMAZING treats. Not run of the mill, that's for sure! Huge stuffed cookies, delicious cheesecake creations, donuts covered in cereal instead of sprinkles. There was so much to choose from, I bought enough to feed an army! 🤣❤

“This is the second time I have ordered Paneer Chicken, and this is the first time going in to order. Firstly their food is amazing. I always get the Paneer Chicken and my husband gets pizza. We love having the option for both since he loves pizza and I love Indian cuisine. This evening when I ordered they were so helpful in helping me choose a size and even gave me a free drink to try. They said it would take about 12 minutes but it was so much quicker and the food is absolutely delicious. You cannot go wrong ordering here. “Overall decent bahn mi, I got tofu and veg. The tofu couldnt have been any less seasoned. I'd imagine it came straight from the pack and sliced and put on. The rest of the sandwich was ok, veg was fresh and good so this saved the plain tofu.

“Update: After experiencing similar issues again over time, I reached out to owner directly by email. He was incredibly understanding, took the time to listen to my concerns, and genuinely understood what I was trying to explain.

I was very impressed with the way he handled everything and with the level of customer service he provided. If you ever experience an issue, I would definitely recommend reaching out to him. He truly cares about finding solutions and clearly takes a lot of pride in his business and the quality of his products.

That level of care makes a huge difference to me and is one of the main reasons I’m still happy to come back and enjoy their smoothies. Thank you!

Previous: I love BEC. However, My complaint is the lack of consistency smoothie. I order same smoothie every time but every time taste and consistency is different . Depending on who makes it, one day your order could be excellent and the next it could taste completely different.“

“Fantastic breakfast spot. So many options it choose from, there is something for everyone's taste. My go-to is definitely the breakfast poutines or Benny's. The restaurant is long and skinny with great light from outside and a patio in summer months. We always go a little before lunch rush and never have problems getting a table.“

“I got the chicken panini and a caramel macchiato. It was incredible, the line is long but moves fast and there’s plenty to look at while you’re waiting. We got lucky with finding seating pretty quickly though! The panini was incredible and the coffee was great too“

“TOGO Sushi SFU is probably the best sushi option on top of Burnaby Mountain. The rolls are filling, affordable compared to nearby restaurants, and the interior of the restuarant is clean and bright. I have always had a good interactions with staff and orders come out timely. Solid spot!“

“We recently visited Slothfuls and enjoyed our experienced. We found parking outside and it seems very centrally located. The atmosphere (decor) outside and inside is incredible - great job! It was also very clean and organized inside. All ages would enjoy eating/drinking in. We felt the service was good - they answered our questions, gave suggestions, and took our order. We don't expect Mary Poppins to be serving us, especially in low-paying positions, but they were friendly and efficient. “Maruhachi Ra-men is a great spot if you’re looking for fantastic ramen. We really enjoyed the wide selection of different types of ramen on the menu. A huge plus for us was the extra noodles—they actually serve a full portion! At many other restaurants, you end up paying the same price for only half a portion, so the value here is much appreciated. On top of that, the staff is very friendly and greeted us with so much enthusiasm when we arrived.

The only downside to this location is the parking situation. There’s a small free parking area at the back, but you’re competing for spots with a neighboring restaurant and a paint shop. Street parking is also limited due to time restrictions during certain hours, and it’s paid parking.
Despite the parking hassle, the ramen and service make it completely worth it, and I would definitely recommend checking them out.“

“Came here one evening after hearing about this place from a coworker. Walking in there, the atmosphere was nice & the stag was very friendly! We got our food after about 3 minutes of waiting.

I got the Deep Fried California Roll with extra sauce. The exterior was crispy & the taste was alright. Honestly it was about as good as “Mall Sushi” can get, so I was happy with it, but don’t expect this to blow you away. The sauce added a nice element as well & was tasty!

Overall, I’d give Togo Sushi a 7.8/10. Not sure if I’d go back, or if I’d trust anything else here, but it was about as good as I expected.“
