“I ordered a catered lunch for our office. It was fairly last minute but Alex was responsive to my emails. The food was fresh and delicious. I was so pleased to see them preparing the calamari at the last moment before we picked up the order to "make sure it would be nice and crispy". We have a lot of lunches and I would say this was the most positive response in a long time, if not ever. Everyone complimented the food and people said it was the best calamari they'd ever eaten. “This Panago location was excellent!! We asked for help to fundraise for the grade 7 grad at Clinton elementary. They had several fundraising options to choose from. I had asked them to deliver pizza to our grad lunch ,and last minute I had to change the delivery time to an earlier time than agreed upon. “Easily my favourite pizza place in the greater Vancouver area. It has a reasonable crust that holds together not like some cheap places that make it paper thin. Solid layer of cheese on the top. Quality ingredients. I've tried most of the pizzas on the menu and all are awesome. Black Knight or Hot and Spicy are winter favourites as they warm you right up. Also very reasonable price, it is nice and filling, always have leftovers.“

After picking up the pizza, my parents had a harder time chewing because it’s too thin and too crispy for them. Not sure what went wrong, I called Pizza Hot. The manager explained there are 3 different kinds of crusts and what my parents had before probably was hand crafted which is between the thin and pan crust. And he offered to bake a new hand crafted crust for my senior parents so they can enjoy.Really appreciate what the manager did for us!“

“Great selection of lunch and to-go meals. Third time I’ve had the short rib sandwich with sun dried tomatoes and onions, and I have to say, it really hits the spot when you’re hungry. Great sandwiches and at a decent price considering that lunch meals cost about 15-20$ these days. I’ve also had the porchetta sandwich before and it was really delicious as well as the gnocchi in the counter. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick snack in the Hastings area. The Short Rib sandwich is my recommendation.
