tl;dr the ramen is made without love. You can tell. From $20 I think you deserve better.The classic Jinya tonkotsu ramen looks great but the broth lacks richness. It tastes like when someone cooks something according to the recipe but doesn’t actually taste it to adjust it. Same goes for the chashu pork.The noodles were done well. First time eating at Jinya Ramen Bar. Very good presentation and atmosphere, service was good too.Now onto the food. Ramen is priced on the higher side. While it’s good, it’s definitely not as good as some of the other ramen restaurants available in Vancouver. There wasn’t a wow factor, but it’s delicious enough to satisfy a ramen craving.

Excelled service and delicious ramen!The place is well decorated making for an elevated dinning experience. The ramen had a lot of flavour and it was a pleasant dinning experience.Definitely check it out next time you’re craving ramen!
