“A place with good mazesoba (dry mixed noodles) with reasonable price! The noodle itself is very flavourful, and they also have condiments like vinegar and chili flakes for you to adjust the flavour to your liking. They also have very generous portion sizes, and you can add extra noodle for free (portion size comes in regular, XL, XXL). They also provide a small bowl of rice at the end to mix with all the leftover sauces at the end.We ordered the Niku Mazesoba (Spicy) for $16.50 and added a soil boiled egg on the side for $1.99. We both left very satisfied. Will definitely come back again!“
“This was the first place I went to after coming to Vancouver. The food was okay but loved the service. The server was very sweet and kind. I had katsudon curry rice so maybe I should go back for ramen and re-review their food. Over all a 7/10“
“This upscale yet casual, trendy Japanese restaurant specializes in ramen, particularly their delicious Mazesoba dishes. The fine dining decor sets a sophisticated atmosphere, but the vibe remains laid-back and chill. With a range of Mazesoba options to choose from, each one delicious, it's hard to go wrong. Highly recommended for those seeking affordable, mouthwatering Japanese cuisine. Convenient free parking is available in the underground mall parking lot. Remember to get your free bowl of rice if you order the Mazesoba!“
“This is a no cash restaurant they olny accept plastic. The service was great, very friendly, and the food was served in a timely manner. The menu was a bit limited, for someone on a special diet. The quality of the food is excellent, we will definitely go back.Vegetarian options: For the vegetarians, there is a currey dish that looked pretty good.“
“Got the spicy chicken ramen (hot level) and it was a good amount of spice. The soup was flavourful, the thin noodles were a great texture, and the chicken was super tender.Only issue was we stood at the front for a little bit before they seated us, even though we tried to make ourselves more noticeable by stepping further into the restaurant. Wonderful experience otherwise.“
“First time eating at Jinya Ramen Bar. Very good presentation and atmosphere, service was good too.Now onto the food. Ramen is priced on the higher side. While it’s good, it’s definitely not as good as some of the other ramen restaurants available in Vancouver. There wasn’t a wow factor, but it’s delicious enough to satisfy a ramen craving.“
“Phenomenal ramen and other delicious Japanese dishes! Highly recommend the "Black Garlic Ramen" if you're a garlic fan. I get it every time I go!Vegetarian options: Good tofu dishes!Parking: Couple side streets with paid parking. There are two parking spots in the bank parking lot but they're often taken“
