“Santouka has always been one of my favourite ramen chains, so I was excited to finally check out the Richmond location. This location opened in 2024 and this is my first time here. Whenever I visit a Santouka, my standard order is the Kara Miso Ramen, it's my benchmark bowl and the one I always compare against.
The Kara Miso Ramen was exactly what I was hoping for, a rich, creamy pork broth with a nice miso flavour and just enough spice to keep every spoonful interesting. It reminded me why this remains my go-to order after all these years.
I also tried the Black Garlic Ramen, which had a deeper, more savoury flavour thanks to the black garlic oil. The aburi chashu added a nice smoky touch and made for a great contrast to the Kara Miso.
As a side, we ordered the Zangi. Crispy, juicy, and perfect for sharing.“

“Ordered 2 signature set menu, gold and silver. Sashimi very fresh The skewers and the rice bowl and ramen came hot but by the time we finished the salad and sashimi the hot carbs gets lukewarm. Overall service is good. Will definitely come back and try their other stuff.“

“My family’s favourite restaurant, at least once a week we have to visit this restaurant. My 10yr old daughter loves food here since she was two. No.14,19, 47,66 is the must order items for her. The cold noodle is really really good too, but only available in summer.“

“Great ramen spot at McArthurGlen Outlets in Richmond! Ordered the pork original ramen and the pork original with cold noodles. Really good noodle texture and generous portions.
