the tonkotsu ramen with rich broth was a warm, comforting contrast to the cold, rainy weather outside. the broth was flavourful and highlighted the ramen noodles.
we also ordered chicken karaage and it was sublime!! the karaage was nice and crispy on the outside but soft and moist on the inside. the dip they paired it with was great!

My wife loves the tofu here. Their ramen and rice bowls are solid. You can ask for raw garlic but they also have fried garlic which is really good. I really like they give an option for heavier soup base and they grill their chashu.
