“The staff is so disrespectful! We arrived at this place around 12:35pm and the hostess said they would have a 35 min wait list. We said ok, got our names in the wait list and left. After 35 min I came back for a time check and the hostess said more 30 min wait. We have a toddler and 1 hour wait would be too much for the toddler. I asked to talk to the manager but the hostess said there was no manager on duty that day. I insisted since that wouldn't make any sense. After begging to talk to the person in charge, finally someone showed up. The manager was even more disrespectful than the hostess - she kept this ironic smile all the time and said that the hostess removed our names from the list by mistake but nothing could be done, not even offer us the top of the wait list and we had to go to the bottom of the list again. She also said they were doing the best they could - I left without saying a word since keep discussing was just pointless - when I walk out the door I just heard "and please don't come back". Just don't come here.“

Anatoli’s was the only place in North Vancouver that was willing to allow us to order from the regular menu rather than force us into a fixed meal with only a few choices. The atmosphere was great! Yesterday I ordered chicken vindaalo with garlic naan and I have to say I’ve tried many Indian restaurants and this one had the perfect, creamy and delicious vindaalo I’ve ever tasted in my life. After finishing every little bite I knew I had to come online and tell everyone about this amazing place. “I’ve had brunch a few times at Catch 122 and always enjoyed it but went for dinner for the first time and was blown away. Extraordinary food and service! We enjoyed the tuna, fish and chips, short ribs and hazelnut passionfruit dessert (as well as a bottle of Okanagan Pinot Gris) The short ribs were the stand out for me. Our server was friendly yet professional. I’ll be back again for sure.“

“It was our first visit to this restaurant but not the last. We found this place by chance. We were starving and did not have a lot of time as we had to catch ferry. the staff person was very polite and understanding about it and our dinner was served super quick. Everything that we had ordered was delicious. My husband and I did not expect it to be this good. the staff person was very respectful. I ate good authentic Indian food after a long time. If you happen to be in North Vancouver and craving for Indian food, this is a place to go to. Nice family run restaurant. We will surely be there next time I am in North Van.“

“Such a lovely cozy place with warm and friendly staff. Location was very convenient in the Park and Telford shopping square with plenty free parking. Inside, decorated warm and natural with chairs, high chairs, sofa chairs. There was a semi-private room and an outside patio face to Park and Telford garden. Our latte was served in a nicely art and in a mug. Matcha cookie was well balanced in suger and nuts. There was some cold sandwiches, juices and water as well as donuts as well.“

“This is my all-time favorite restaurant. I was there with my friend Reg for lunch last Tuesday, June 3, 2025. I had heard that they were bringing back burgers and omelets and other favorite lunchtime fares on their new lunch menus. Me and my friend were treated to the best and freshest burger that I have ever eaten in my life. A delicious quarter pound beef patty prepared ground on the spot and prepared fresh for us. I thought I had died and gone to burger heaven. The burger was cooked perfectly with mozzarella cheese, onions, mushrooms, bacon, and lettuce and tomato on a fresh made in restaurant delicious bun. We were the first to be treated to these fantastic burgers and am planning to go back over the weekend and chow down on more burger comfort food. It was out of this world delicious. I had ordered a side of french fries before my meal so when my deluxe burger arrived I chose to have rice on the side. Great choice by me again! ! I just want to thank my friends at Andreas restaurant (North Vancouver) for bringing back burgers to their establishment. It was a bon bon day to have such a delicious lunch at my favorite food place and it was wallet-friendly as well as this big burger meal only cost me CA $15.50. Cheers and thank you for the great meal and service. My server Jason was amazing and super attentive. Can't wait to go back with my friends for lunch this coming weekend. “I don't know anything about the neighborhood so not sure why some comments here said it's scary outside.
Came on a weekday morning and everything around seems very nice, close to the busy Longsdale Ave just minutes away.
Restaurant under the Twin Towers with several other businesses next to each others. Outside & inside looks normal to me. A neighborhood restaurant.

The young lady who served me was very very nice. She was upfront with me when I inquired about #54 spicy Beef noodle soup which was their version of Bun Bo Hue.
Most authentic version use the round spaghetti like bun (rice noodles similar to mixian in China). Here she said they only have pho which is the flat kind. Also further inquiry she said their version don't have pork knuckle or congealed pig's blood to better suit local tastes. I'm ok with that.

The large bowl at about CAD$17 before tax came with the minimum herb plate-- basil, wedges of lime, bean sprouts and sliced jalapeno peppers. No other fancier herbs like I had in some places. Good enough for me.

Flavor wise I enjoyed the spiciness that's in Bun Bo Hue. The funky smell and taste of shrimp paste and fragrant lemongrass etc. not in a typical pho.
Overall it's a satisfactory dish and the staff made the visit a 5 stars experience. That's not based on fancy restaurant criteria.“

“My friend and I were headed home from Whistler, and were tired of driving. It was dark, and we needed to find a great bowl of Pho. What we found at Pho Spot was even better than imagined. I had a vegan pho with added tofu, and he had traditional chicken, Pho Ga. Both were delicious and plentiful; veggies a plenty, and the strips of chicken were tender and fresh. The staff were very very friendly and gracious. We will remember to come here after every hike; in any season, and I will remember to bring my friends!“
