I had the veganator and I was blown away by how good it was. “A small family-run restaurant tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Seating is limited (around 20 seats), so it can get quite busy and may not be ideal for larger groups.

The menu offers a wide variety of choices. We tried a couple of bento boxes, a Korean stone rice bowl, and a few pressed sushi dishes. Overall, the food quality was decent. One of the bento boxes was supposed to include snapper tempura, though it tasted more like sole. I didn’t bother raising the issue since there was only one server handling everything — including taking orders, serving tables, and answering phone calls — and she was clearly overwhelmed.

Parking in the residential area is quite limited, but there are several paid parking spots available in the condo building next to the restaurant.“

“A great place for quality ingredients and quick and healthy pizza. This week Tanveer at the Newport Village location helped is in a jam after a local mexican restaurant messed up our order and we needed lunch for almost 60 school teachers. She single handedly made 20 pizzas in almost 25 mins and ensured that the last minute disaster was averted. Kudos to her and the team at this location. They customize any pizza to make it much healthier, as needed. Kudos!!“

“We’ve been coming to Lazeez Pizza & Kebab House for a long time, since they only had pizza and wraps. This halal branch is excellent! Their menu has expanded and everything tastes delicious, especially the pizzas, kebabs, and baklava. “Tucked away in a strip plaza you will find wonderful noodle dishes accompanied by beef, beef tendon and other fresh ingredients. The somewhat small menu is purposely so, to allow diners to enjoy what this restaurant does best wholesome food without the use of chemical soup bases, msg and fake additives. Every bowl of soup is crafted the ancient, traditional way.

I ordered the beef and tendon noodle soup. It came to the table nice and piping hot, overflowing with juicy pieces of beef and tendon with heapfuls of noodles. Also ordered was the Noodle and minced pork sauce and noodle with braised beef. Every dish was flavoured well, without being overly salted and minimal oil. The portions were also great value for the size. Our destination for beef noodle soup has been established for years to come with this establishment.

Thank you for such lovely service, being tended to the perfect amount of times. The atmosphere lacks a television and relaxing musical melodies surrounded the air. The dining room is well spaced out between tables and the surprise of real African violets and other plants growing along the side make this place feel both homely and inviting.“

“This coffee shop is great small, cozy, and welcoming. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.

I ordered a black coffee, caramel frappé, a plain croissant, and an almond fudge bar.

The black coffee was good, the caramel frappé was delicious, and the croissant was really fresh and tasty. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the almond fudge bar it was a bit too sweet for me, so I couldn’t finish it.

The surrounding area is beautiful. Right outside, you’ll find Shoreline Park, which is perfect for a walk while enjoying your coffee, or you can sit on a bench and relax by the lake.

“This is a great alternative food place in the mall. It's located on the lower floor so it's far away from the food court and easily missed. We've been going here quite frequently actually, the food is made to order and it's quick, fresh and convenient. For a fast food type sushi place, it satisfies the craving.“

The only thing I could complain about was the prices of the food, but the food was so. Dang. Good. I would also consider removing up charge for milk alternatives, They are the same cost as regular milk to purchase. I also found the prices exorbitant and would return more often if they matched Starbucks pricing quality and lack of plant based milk upcharge.
