“Ava Bakery has completely won me over! Ever since I tried their barbari bread and halim, I honestly haven’t wanted to get them from anywhere else. The barbari is always fresh, delicious, and has become a part of my mornings everyday. Everything is made with such care and quality and the staff are always so kind and amazing! “My partner and I arranged to have high tea today and the experience was just PERFECT 👌. They had a table setup for us in the corner where there was lots of natural light from outside and the table just looked so cutely prepared for us. The staff were very friendly and quick to assist us. We chose the Strawberry Sundae tea which was infused with so many flavours making it very delightful to sip on. And when the bakery items were brought over there was a good assortment of yummy foods. The top of the tier was all of the desserts and the bottom was all of the pastries. Both of us did get a bit of a sugar rush, to be expected of a bakery haha. We both highly recommend Cassandra Cake Co. for high tea as well as any custom bakery requests.“

“I had the Pain au Chocolat and the ham, cheese, egg croissant and they were both delicious! Making room for my cheesecake stuffed cookie that also looks glorious. Fantastic portion sizes. I’ve tried a ton of gluten free in my 2 decade journey, and that Pain au Chocolat is the best I’ve come across. Cheers from a visiting Alberta girl!“

I did not even know about the upstairs.Their cakes for an event are amazing and Fresh. The staff are wonderful and they will always try to find what you are looking for. “Fantastic doesn't even cover it. I knew the cookies would look good, that's why I went with them but I genuinely wasn't expecting them to SMELL and TASTE good. Cookies with this type of icing/decorating are usually hard bland but these were crunchy yet soft and oh so flavourful.“
