There is nothing to compare this cake to. We've never had anything as elegant as this at any restaurant, store or hotel. This was superb!!!!!! Yummmmmy!!!! “We spotted this place and wanted to give it a try.
We ordered a raspberry-peach crostata and a honey-peach pie with vanilla ice cream and coffee. It was really great!!
There’s seating both inside and outside—a sort of “garden” terrace, which is nice because there’s a busy road right next to it.
The only “downside,” if you want to enjoy your coffee in peace, is the Endurance gym right next door, where kids definitely train on Saturdays, so you can hear a little noise from there.“

“Best croissant I have found in town... and across multiple municipalities. They have a tasty assortment of regular pastries and cakes plus seasonal specials. The also have hand-made to order espresso beverages as well as tea and hot cocoa. Their Maple Sea Salt latte is amazing!!
Take away is normal here, there is also a small inside and outside dining area.
They also sell local roasted coffee beans.“

“My partner and I arranged to have high tea today and the experience was just PERFECT 👌. They had a table setup for us in the corner where there was lots of natural light from outside and the table just looked so cutely prepared for us. The staff were very friendly and quick to assist us. We chose the Strawberry Sundae tea which was infused with so many flavours making it very delightful to sip on. And when the bakery items were brought over there was a good assortment of yummy foods. The top of the tier was all of the desserts and the bottom was all of the pastries. Both of us did get a bit of a sugar rush, to be expected of a bakery haha. We both highly recommend Cassandra Cake Co. for high tea as well as any custom bakery requests.“

“After finishing my hearing test a few doors down I wanted to grab a coffee for my trip back to Maple Ridge. I went into a name brand store, was ignored and left. Then I spotted this gem. I ordered my usual black coffee and watched as someone actually ground the fresh beans and then made my coffee in a French press. I joked with them that that's how I make my coffee at home. I added a blueberry lemon scone and had a nice drive home. All 3 staff were a pleasure to deal with, and my snack was delicious.“

“Five of us had brunch here and really enjoyed it, ordering chicken salad, fried chicken with fries, two chicken paninis, and a banana waffle. Everything looked great and tasted delicious.
The only thing I would mention is that the fried chicken used thigh meat, so it was a bit firmer than breast , but overall we had a great brunch“

“recently i purchased banana loaf. whole wheat cranberry muffins/ cheese scones/ raisin scones and shortbread cookies which are bought every year all were excellent. however, the shortbread were lacking---no butter perhaps? they had a strong taste of the inside of the oven---i had several and composted the rest/ please do not post as everything else was perfect and i shall continue to shop here. with respect“

“I have been here many times and each time we buy the cream puffs!! They are amazing so good that my son opted out of a wedding cake and did cream puffs instead of a cake. I prefer the original ones, the strawberry and mango ones are good too but the original is the best. If you want to pick up fresh you can’t pickup till 1:30pm you can pre order if you need to. Staff are friendly store looks clean.“
