“Best Ling Cod and Chips i have had in a long time. Very crisp tempura like batter, not greasy. Large thick portions of very fresh Ling Cod that melted in your mouth. Fries were also very good. The only thing that would make this place better is being on the waters edge, not a parking lot. But it certainly won't stop me from going back. Two thumbs up!”

All of the staff I've met have been welcoming and sweet. The Outrageous Mocha was taken off the booster juice menu ages ago but I order it here without issue. A great place to get your Booster Juice and your mood boosted at the same time :)”

“This is my second time coming to sweet talk, the previous time I had a mini egg donut, this time I had their egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I must say they were both amazing, and the prices are very affordable! All of their products are homemade. The atmosphere was very bright, cozy and inviting. The bathrooms were very clean and nice smelling( including the hand soap). when I walked in, I was greeted by Kate who not only told me about all the products but we ended up having a full on conversation! It was very pleasant talking with her, Kate brang my food to me plus asked if I wanted anything else. This is the true meaning of customer service; these days it’s hard to find! Thank you Kate and look forward by being served by you again soon.”

Did the tasting & wine pairing last night and loved the whole thing! Staff are kind and attentive, plates were beautifully put together, bar/wine service was informative and enthusiastic, and the menu was interesting and super tasty.

“Amazing pies, cookies, coffees, teas and preserves. Preserves are all natural full of fruit and made right here in our wonderful beautiful Canadian city, Port Moody. Seats inside to enjoy a latte or tea and pie or other delicious baked goods. Pies are a bit pricey, however, they are delicious!

There’s a whimsical gazebo outside with extra seating and pink umbrellas reminiscent of a Mary Poppins musical.

Products are also sold at local farmers markets.”

“This place literally came to our rescue.

We wanted to go for a little road trip.
So, we decided to head from West Vancouver all the way to Port Moody for lunch.

The original Brewery we wanted to go to was in an area that had been hi-jacked and overtaken by local folks, strollers, bikes and what seemed an endless amount of people on foot.
.......The Parade. Roads closed, traffic lights confused, and the so ever awesome bumper to bumper standstill of angry vehicles.
On this particularly hot day.

Keep in mind we had already been in traffic coming from the North Shore.
It was now 2pm.
We circled about 5 times and not a single parking space in sight, there might have been one available in Chilliwack.....moving on....

So, we decided....let's go someplace familiar, reliable, quality that will most likely deliver.
That's exactly what we got.

Little place called New Port Village.
Free parking right in front of Browns. Beautiful comfy inside and cozy sunny patio with great service.
The only thing I wanted was a cold beer and Dry Ribs I had been craving all day.

2 Stellas on tap.
Dry Ribs and The Traditional Burger.....and they all rocked.
I love Brown's Dry Ribs. I'm used to the ones from Cactus but Brown's is slightly meatier and juicier.
The Burger was perfectly cooked. Super Fresh. Stellar put together.
Cozy little booth away from the heat, cold beer, juicy burger and a feisty irresistible Dry Ribs.
....and all of this served to us graciously by our awesome server Grace.

Yup. That pretty much sums it up.”

“We had our sons 4th birthday here and it was a blast! Kids from ages 1-7 and all had a great time. We added a panini platter and coffee to our birthday package and all the food was delicious. Plates, cutlery and water were provided, all the guests were super impressed! Perfect party room space. I wish I had brought more to entertain the kids upstairs as they’re not allowed back in the play space during the party room portion, but otherwise everything was perfect! Wonderful staff as well.”

Willoughby is Absolutely Beautiful, so well thoughtout, laidout, great colors, fabulous decor. The Food,... well i had the brunch lunch steak and eggs taco. Thats Right, sweet jesus,.SO GOOD. The Wife had the Noodle Salad Bowl with spicy peanut sauce, again, Great Presentation, very fresh, cruchy, perfect noodles with grilled chicken. Cathy had a Flight of mimosas, me... CranSoda. Heather Rhodes Geoffrey Morrison and their Amazingly Professional Team, continue to WOW their customers, and out do their competition. “I used to come here specifically for the atmosphere and comfort, but after replacing the couch and armchairs with hard stools, the place lost all its charm. It’s clear this was done to speed up table turnover, but it’s just uncomfortable now—you really don’t want to stay for very long. That said, no complaints about the quality: the coffee is excellent, the music is great, and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. Please bring back the comfortable seating, or it just won't be a place to sit down and enjoy anymore.”

“It is pretty authentic Korean cuisine, but I don't think it has good quality of Gamjatang itself while its name is Gamjatang place 😅 When I got Gamjatang, it was already lukewarm, and didn't really have enough ingredients inside. So disappointing. But Pork cutlet was good. I recommend you to change the restaurant's name to Pork Cutlet or Cold Noodle place, instead of Gamjatang, because Gamjatang sucks to be honest 😅”

“Great little coffee spot that serves healthy options for breakfast🥐and lunch (breakfast burrito is delicious!). Baked goods are excellent. I bought 2 butter croissants, an oatmeal raisin cookie, a lemon 🍋 poppyseed muffin and an apple fritter. Highly recommend it to work, study or hang out.”

“It’s really gone down hill. The sushi is okay but over priced. I tolerated it as it’s near my neighbourhood, however, today the person seating us and serving us was very rude. My friend and I said it was the rudest we have ever seen- especially when she aggressively tossed the chopsticks at our table and would not engage at all. I have never not tipped, and today I did due to the horrible and disrespectful service. I will not be back.”
