Willoughby is Absolutely Beautiful, so well thoughtout, laidout, great colors, fabulous decor. The Food,... well i had the brunch lunch steak and eggs taco. Thats Right, sweet jesus,.SO GOOD. The Wife had the Noodle Salad Bowl with spicy peanut sauce, again, Great Presentation, very fresh, cruchy, perfect noodles with grilled chicken. Cathy had a Flight of mimosas, me... CranSoda. “PLEASE get the special b&d chicken rice TRUST ME it is the most satisfying and delicious rice dish you will have in vancouver. the skin is so crispy, crunchy, and flavourful it’s bAsically like fried chicken . pairing the hot, juicy chicken with their hoisin sauce — which is a bit sweeter, a bit brighter than other ones i’ve had — was actually life-changing and transcendent. the absolute flavour bomb of the chicken leg is complemented with the most warm, aromatic, fragrant, mildly-flavoured yet rich-tasting chicken rice and a perfectly (well done) fried egg.

the honey chicken on the summer special menu had a sweet glaze , a slight lemongrass-y freshness in the aftertaste, and a spicy green chili sauce . it was good, but there were wayyyyy too many bones and it was too difficult to get to the meat. the pandan sticky rice was quite dense, chewy, and not too flavourful, but so addicting and the perfect pairing to the chicken.

the salted egg yolk prawns were just meh to me; although the egg yolk paste was unique, the shell was a tad too burnt to a crisp and the seafood flavour was a bit much for me.

we also tried two of their desserts: the banana cake was warm and nutty with a deep, natural banana flavour, while the cassava cake kind of reminded me of shredded coconut with its light sweetness combined with an almost mochi-like, bouncy, chewy texture.

also the interior is unexpectedly nice, clean, and modern. i really liked the vibe !“

Garlic bread is very tasty, as well, but might be a little too buttery for me when I'm already indulging in pizza ;-) I love the classic pizza parlor interior, and the wait staff and workers are always really nice and helpful. Friday is rib night, full rack was $30 and comes with spaghetti, ceaser salad and garlic toast.... however what a shocker they have slashed the cost to $19.... why simply because of Trump's Tarrifs and they want to give back to their patrons by lowering prices so we eat local.... “(Cant rate the atmosphere cause I always jus deliver) everythings good, the jus for the beef dip has FLAVOUR! That means something cause i had some other places sad excuse for a au jus that just tastes like a beef flavour lecroix. The mac is cheesy and the tater tots are crispy.
Get a chipotle chicken for some moderate heat
Get a beef dip for something classic and juicy
My personal fav is the cuban hot melt, but they all good 👍🏼

“Stopped in for lunch a few days ago after a morning meeting nearby, and the Harvest Bowl was genuinely one of the better grain bowls I've had in a while - the quinoa was perfectly cooked and everything tasted like it had been prepped that morning, not sitting since dawn. I've eaten at Chopped Leaf locations across the country and this New West spot is consistently on the better end in terms of how attentive the staff are. The line moved quickly even though it was busy, which I always appreciate when I'm working to a schedule. Solid, reliable spot I'll be back to next time I'm passing through.“

“I accidentally tipped twice.
I ordered online and paid in store.
My order already had a tip included, but their machine does not recognize this, so it asks you for a tip. I thought maybe I made a mistake, so I added a tip. When I checked back at my car, I tipped on top of the amount that was already tipped, which means my second tip was based on the previous amount which included the tip. My 2nd tip, although same percentage was higher than the first tip. Not really happy about that, but now I know.

Asides from that, The cheese just is not cheesy. Almost like there is not enough cheese, or not seasoned right.

The presentation looks great.
The pizza was warm, crust was crispy.
Lots of veggies and meat.
My kids were ultimately happy about the pizza.

The staff was friendly.
They labeled the boxes, which I like because my son can't have tomato anything, so he had a separate pizza.

The missing star is because the cheese is just not cheesy.
