“I used Columbia St Sandwich to cater an event recently for my church. We had 60 ladies and they all sang the praises of the food.Sam (the owner) was great in suggesting portions (I over-ordered and she recommended less, which no one has ever done before!), and everything was so tasty and fresh.We ordered mini croissant sandwiches, sausage rolls, veggie rolls, potato salad, spinach and berry salad, fruit trays, and baked goods trays.And the delivery within New West was a steal!I highly recommend anything from here. “I'm glad my friend suggested coming here for Banh mi. Otherwise I'd never have known the actual entrance is on Newton street, not kingsway. I've driven past it when traveling on kingsway and always wondered where I can park. Now I know, on Newton where there is a small parking lot outside the shop. The place is clean and bright, with tables for 2 along the narrow walkway. Maybe around 3-4 tables total? Most people do take out here. We had the halal lemongrass chicken banh mi and it was very tasty. Unfortunately as with most Banh mi, I'd get hungry after a couple of hours even though I was full after devouring it.“
“Our family likes to get our sub sandwiches from this location. (80th Avenue +KGB)They always have the freshest vegetables and ingredients. The service is excellent too.I went in this past weekend . Purchased 3 subs. The girls there Roop and Kamal were very friendly. Greeted me right away. One of them was cleaning up but she stopped just to make sure I was being helped. “Using a delivery app, I ordered 2 sandwiches from this place for lunch, so can’t really tell about service and atmosphere. However the food were ok, price is bit high though. We liked roast beef more than turkey sandwich. Their buns and sauce are good. But I’ve tasted better sandwiches at that price point. If not for the coupon, I am not sure I would be a regular customer here.“
“The subway is located in a little industrial area in a smaller complex, but definitely satisfies a sandwich fix. I was only a bit disappointed because the store was advertising for their new jerk chicken. However, this location had not yet received their stock for it. We also came at a time where they were cleaning out one of the sandwich making areas that usually stores the toppings, so it seemed a bit hectic for the workers, and all that they would be doing this at prime lunchtime on the weekend. instead I opted for a wrap that was grilled. It tasted fine. Nothing else to write home about.“
