“This is the first and only location I've ever been to where the employee properly washed their hands. Not running water over it pretending for 5 seconds, actually used soap and scrubbed for the full amount of time. This shouldn't need to be something of note, but it is ajd it deserves praise. She is working at the time of this post, didn't catch the name.“

“Ok we really like the sandwiches here and order often, but today (August 20, 2026, around 6pm) we found a STAPLE inside our original 1762 sandwich.

Just sharing this so this store can improve their quality control since this seems like it could be a safety issue.“

Creamy, moist, delicious and worth every single penny!!!“

“Yesterday, I visited this place very first time in afternoon. I ordered nashville hot chicken sandwich. There were two girls working and I guess khushi made my sandwich she really gives a great customer service as this is my first time she asked me everything what needed. I would also like to say that owner and management have great hiring skills. I recommend this location to everyone and I definitely will be a regular customer from now on.“

“Subway is fantastic! I love how fresh everything tastes, and the variety of toppings lets me create a new favorite sandwich every time. The staff is always welcoming and quick, making it the perfect spot for a satisfying meal on the go. Highly recommend!“

“On our journey driving from Alaska to Arizona, my husband and I made it a priority to stop at The Original Lunch Doctor in Pitt Meadows, BC for lunch. Why? Because my grandmother, Elsie Hatlen, is the founder of this local legacy and amazing sandwich shop! I haven't been here in at least 30 years (I was somewhere between 7 and 10 years old) when Grandma let me help in the back kitchen. The giant mixer was my favorite - and apparently it's still there! It was really neat to be back in Grandma's old shop. We missed the current owner today but visited with all the ladies there, left an original "The Original Lunch Doctor" jar opener for them (the info is even still the same), enjoyed a *fabulous* lunch, and watched them totally sell out - at one point there was a line out the door! It warms my heart how much folks love this place still. Grandma Elsie started something amazing that still lives on... as does she! Still zesty and kind as always, but in Texas instead of Canada. Thank you so much for the hospitality and full bellies! ❤️ 10,000 out of 5 stars, highly recommend!“

“Amazing Subs, freshly made and taste better than any Sub I’ve ever had anywhere else, and Sub Garden offer a clean and friendly environment as well. 5 Stars ! :)“

“It’s good. Had the honey garlic chicken breast banh mi and it had nice flavour while being lean leaving you feeling good after eating it and not bogged down. The lemongrass pork banh mi was alright too but mildly dry. The lemongrass chicken banh mi was better. The sandwiches were neat in appearance and made with care. The pork spring roll was nice and meaty with lots of filling. A great place for a to go meal.“

“I had an amazing experience at Subway thanks to Reet! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout my visit. She made my sandwich perfectly, paid attention to every detail, and kept such a positive attitude even while the store was busy. Her customer service truly stood out and made my day better. Employees like Reet are the reason customers keep coming back. Subway is lucky to have someone so hardworking and welcoming on their team!“

“I got a sandwich here today and was very impressed by how professional my sandwich artist was. She had a trainee badge on and a very impatient and rude customer was in front of me and had nothing but criticism and a tone so harsh it would fluster anyone. The trainee remained so composed and was never rude back, even though most people would have probably wanted to be. It is not easy to remain calm and grounded and continue to work through something like that, and she did a great job on my sandwich!“

“I come to the subway all the time and never have any issues. The ladies working here have so much patience, I just watched a man order eight foot-long subs with a long line of people behind him and then forget his card and have to leave, but they still were professional and did their best to get everybody else’s orders done.“

The servers are well trained and listen to my requests. There is a clean restroom at this facility. There is not usually a line up so it very fast service. “Located inside the Henlong Supermarket.

They have 8 different Bahn Mi sandwiches to choose from and they also sell Vietnamese deli items and desserts.

I tried the Special Sub and it had different cuts of
deli ham, pickled carrots/radish, cilantro, cucumber, jalapeños. Bread was good as it came
out warm and crispy. Can’t go wrong when it was $5.80 after tax.

Tips & Notes:
Payment is Cash or Debit
If you don’t like spicy let them know when you order.“

“I received great service from Simran at Subway. She was friendly, polite, and attentive throughout my visit. She prepared my order carefully, maintained a positive attitude, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Her excellent customer service made my experience enjoyable. Thank you, Simran, for your hard work and professionalism“

“I have been coming here for years and have developed good relations with the kind, hardworking staff here. I have NO complaints in regards to their service.Unfortunately, I was witness to, who I assume is the owner, verbally berating his staff. An older gentleman who waves hands in the face of his team members, who curses at them, and disrespects their voices.I only write this review to bring awareness to the fact that we, the customers, see you.“

“Just here to shout-out for great costumer service of Prbhjot or Gurjot(sorry forget her name). She was so welcoming, addressing, and confident whatbshe was doing. She killed the wait time through great costumer service. Fast and hard working. I visited thruaday 15.25ish on September 17. Thanks“
