🐟 Toro
💛 Hamachi

The chef’s delicate cuts really highlighted the freshness and texture of each ingredient.

But the biggest surprise was the Saba 🤯

It was topped with an umami-packed seaweed that perfectly balanced the flavor of the fish. Complex, elegant, and incredibly delicious.

If you’re a sushi lover, this place deserves a spot on your Vancouver food list.

She is so friendly, fast, and makes the best sandwich in the world. Highly recommend a chicken melt with everything on it or a breakfast sandwich, but you really can’t go wrong. I get the same one every time because after this many years and after probably eating like 200 pitas since high school, I have it dialed in and need never stray from the formula. The pitas are always good but sometimes they’re made extra special and fill the belly & soul in just the right way.
