“The location does half the seduction before any food shows up, a little backyard plaza tucked away so neatly you could forget you are in West Vancouver. The menu is short, and good, a burger joint has no business reading like a novel. There is a Persian current running through the operation, which in my book only sweetens the deal, and the koobideh wrap held its ground right alongside the burgers, so whatever cuisine these people have decided they are cooking, they are cooking it well. The special burger has flavours dialed in tight, juicy, good sized and fairly priced. The beef tongue sandwich was gone by the time I got there, sold out, which I have chosen to interpret not as a loss but as a summons. I will be back for it. A good, honest visit all around, and it is easy to see this place earning its crowd.“

“Loveliest little shop that serves delicious pastries, sandwiches, soups, specialty beverages, etc. There are also Italian groceries and tons of beautiful treats. It's so cozy and warm, and currently beautifully decorated for Christmas; a highlight this time of year is the eggnog latte, perfectly foamed and spiced. Every team member I've dealt with over the past few days during my visit here from Ontario has been lovely, kind, and accommodating, and if I lived here, you can be sure I'd be a regular at this warm and inviting neighbourhood spot. “We've been coming here during our bike rides, when we're super hungry. The sandwiches are huge (easily could be shared by 2 people) and pricing is fair.

The staff are friendly and efficient at pumping out the food. Even when we have a lage group (+10 people) the wait isn't long before everyone gets their food.

The crispy chicken parmigiana sandwich is always a hit. The chicken was crispy and not dry. Add in some marinara sauce and melted cheese? And you have a winning combo.

The beef dip with caramelized onions and truffle mustard was also amazing. Throw in the dipping sauce and you have another classic.

We always look forward to coming here during our bike rides. I can see why it is a fan favorite with the locals.“

“Great lunch spot, nice portions, but the sandwich I chose off the menu was lacking in quality of ingredients for the price point. This place has a lot of potential, and I'd give it another try if I was in the area. Could easily be a 5 with some minor ingredient swaps.“

“I would have taken a photo but I couldnt stop eating. Best sandwich ever. Good prices and really good portions- from amount of meat, lots of cheese, perfect amount of sauce and the foccasia... so, so good. Service was also beyond top notch. If I could give it more stars I would, highly recommend because everyone needs to try them. Thank you!“
