“Ordered the double patty cheese burger, the burger was good for fast food quality but the two slice of cheese was not melted at all. It would have tasted better with melted cheese. The Cajun fries were really good. It’s nothing special, it’s great quality for a quick fast food burge joint, , tastes better compared to McDonald’s or Wendy’s etc.“

“I was at Mr. Pretzel in Park Royal on June 7, and I was right behind the customer who left that angry review. Honestly, what I saw was disgusting, not from the staff, but from her.
She went off on the two girls working there for absolutely no reason. They were super polite and trying to handle the situation professionally, but she started yelling and even called them racist names. It was a total gong show. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.
The employees kept their cool the whole time and handled it way better than most people would. The fact that she went online and twisted the whole thing to make herself look like the victim is wild. Just wanted to speak up and tell the truth those two ladies were doing a great job under pressure and didn’t deserve any of that. I’ll definitely keep coming back to support them.“
