“I’m usually not the type to leave reviews, but the crew working last night (around 10:57 PM!) deserves a massive shoutout. I placed an online order right before closing, and instead of the usual 'end-of-shift' grumpiness, I was met with total sunshine! ☀️

Loveleen greeted us at the door with the biggest smile and let us know they were out of tenders but had plenty of fresh chicken. She was so passionate and nice about it that I didn't even mind the swap. Then Kiran at the counter took over and was a total gem—she actually threw some extras into our bags just because!

Even the lads in the kitchen were keeping the vibes high—no banging dishes or 'angry' cooking sounds, just pure hustle and positivity. You guys genuinely made my night. It’s rare to see a team this happy and professional right at closing time. 10/10 vibes, I’ll definitely be back! 🍗🔥“

“I was pleased with my visit to Thaigo in the Park Royal shopping center. I ordered tom yam, it was light, not spicy, lots of vegetables and shrimp. I needed a little heat and some coconut milk or cream. But overall the soup was good.

I also liked that this place has an open kitchen and it doesn’t look like fast food at all. The soup was prepared right in front of me. The kitchen is clean and the cook seemed very neat.“

The owner is super friendly! I just experienced one rude staff. I placed my order online, called the store to ask if my order was ready for pick up. She rudely said “I think its ready, you can come now” and just hanged up the phone, no thank you or anything. Kind of disappointing :(“

“I love Mehman Restaurant So Much.
Every time I start a set of night shifts at the hospital I order 2 of the koobideh kebabs and I eat it for dinner for the next 4 shifts. It is so filling and delicious. I’ve also tried their eggplant dip. SO YUMMY. And the sour chicken. Delicious. Everyone is so lovely and kind.

“Had a fantastic lunch here today. Ate the Avocado Pesto Tomato Grilled Cheese -– Mozzarella, Avocado, Tomato, Pesto on 3 Slices of Toasted Bread w/ Garlic Butter. I added a medium hot sauce but probably could have chosen a spicier hot sauce since the avocado 🥑, tomato 🍅, and cheese 🧀 were good counterweights to the hot sauce. Found a great choice of lots of sodas. I had the Wildwonder Lemon Ginger soda.“

“Had the Pho Satay. Pretty on point. Generous amount of noodles that were cooked al dente. Been to a few pho restaurants where the noodles just break up apart, but not here. Would I have liked more rare beef? Perhaps. Maybe a little bit more basil...I only say this because it is at the $21 total price not including tip. The broth is phenomenal - the peanut spice mixture into the beef broth is top tier! The balance is just perfect. The flavour alone would probably make you think twice about going to a Japanese ramen spot and I'm a die hard ramen fan.

Service is excellent. I should probably add that it's refreshing to know that there is a restaurant that doesn't serve tap water. This place actually has CLEAN PURIFIED WATER. It makes a big difference for me anyways.

“I ordered takeout and was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was.

The soy chicken and snowy chicken were both delicious and full of flavor. The original fried chicken was a bit bland for my personal taste, but it was still cooked well.

What impressed me most was how crispy the chicken stayed. Even after the 10-minute drive home, the fried chicken was still crunchy and juicy, which isn't always easy to achieve with takeout.

Overall, a great experience, and I'll definitely be ordering again.“

“We stopped in to have a quick drink and I was pleasantly surprised by this place. We sat at the bar and had a drink and appetizer, ended up staying for 3 hours. We didn’t even go to the Italian restaurant. Ian Belnavis was awesome and David the bartender took care of us. Don’t miss this place! We had wings appetizer, crispy chicken bowl with toffee pudding for dessert. Everything was great, there isn’t anything negative I can say.“

Phone order was clear and polite/helpful. Delivery was punctual with polite service and pizza arrived at proper temperature. We ordered 1 pizza with gluten free crust which my wife stated was very good and I had regular crust which was also good. We had 3 different toppings over the 2 deliveries and all were good! “Five stars! $1 for any second pizza will do more than any therapy or self help book can! After eating this cheese on cardboard pizza it left me feeling bad, like really bad. Not in the, they have poor food handling procedures sort of way, but in the, this is garbage sort of way. I was left asking myself, do you really want to be the trash that is this pizza? No I do not! The last half of the pizza's were promptly tossed into the compost and I'm making positive change within my life! I'm eating better, exercising, doing all the things I should have done but didn't! “We went for lunch as a group of four and tried the Zhambon Tanoori, Krakow sausage sandwich, Meygoo Polo, and a burger. The food was decent, but it didn’t really capture the authentic “dirty sandwich” vibe that many Iranians know and love. Everything tasted fairly average, and the bread could have been much, much better.

The location is convenient since it’s close to the Persian supermarket, so we stopped by there afterward. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but nothing stood out enough to make me want to come back.“

“A little cramped, a little dingy, a little disorganized, this restaurant will win you over not with looks but with comfort food, refreshing soda, and a kind soul.

The curry chicken is presented like an omurice with several fat chunks of chicken around it. The chicken was pleasantly soft and chewy, and went well with the curry sauce. The rice was a bit hard, but no points lost for that. I could eat it just fine with the thinly spread egg. The star of the show was actually the berry soda! Sweet but with the right amount of tanginess, and with some berry pulp at the bottom to top it off!

There was enough soda in one cup to last me two meals. It’s enough of a selling point for me to return. I usually don’t drink soda, but damn, you got to me. Thank you!“

“I ordered a pizza through the app and waited in store for it. They were very nice. I left to go to a meeting and then I saw a homeless man sitting outside 88 Supermarket so I asked him if he wanted some pizza. I explained I couldn’t give him the one in my hand as it was for a colleague, but I brought him to Pizza Hut and ordered a pizza for him. I told him I have to leave as I have a meeting but he could stay and pick up his pizza. I asked if he wanted pop and he went to grab one from the fridge. The worker was talking to their colleagues and in the end, he said that I could just pay for the pop and they would cover the pizza. I asked if that was okay and they said it was fine. That was extremely nice of them!!!! I will forever be going to this Pizza Hut shop, and I will be telling all my friends. This place is so friendly and nice - we need more people and places like you. Thank you for being so kind to people in the community!!!!!“

“Honestly the best pizza in Vancouver, no doubt. I come here all the time because it’s right next to my school, and it never disappoints. The pizza is amazing super fresh, great flavor, and always hits.

The pizza is not cut evenly or the cheesy bread doesn't have enough cheesy sauce and it's dry and also cut carelessly. Not sure if there is a shortage of the cheesy sauce again.
