We ate here for breakfast during our time in Vancouver because of the bison hash, which was absolutely delicious. Even though that was our primary reason for going, the other elements of the meal were also very good. The service was also great. Dinner was absolutely superb. Ordered oysters, seared tuna, bison carpaccio, bison steak, and for dessert the cheese puff. Each dish was well presented, fresh, and so flavourful, I would have loved to try everything on the menu. The service was great and wealso enjoyed the sommelier, who was very knowledgeable and suggested a delicious bottle of local Pinot noir. Highly recommend.

We read about Forage in line and decided to try it. What a great decision! The food was excellent. As the idea is sharing plates we selected a number of small plates. We had the fish dip, with lovely homemade tortillas which were delicious. We had a spring salad, the zucchini salad, bison carpaccio, and smoked salmon- everything was great. Washed down with a nice Shiraz - what more could you want? Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend you to try.
