Used to be my favorite Korean fried chicken. But tonight chicken was dry. I finished it anyway as I came from far and still like the soy taste and the crunch. Waited almost an hour for the chicken to come out and disappointed it wasn't even juicy. Hope they improve for future customers, but I won't come back.

Wow. Zabu Chicken shows an incredible side of Korean food. From presentation, atmosphere, aroma and flavors. My server deserves her own 5 stars. She was very attentive and helpful. I had the kimchi stew. It was bursting with meat and goodies, and it was so perfectly spiced. The cucumber kimchi gets a yummy shout out as well. I finished with zabu hot sticks.
