Absolutely delicious! This is by far one of the best Korean restaurants I've been to in Vancouver. Every dish was incredibly fresh, full of flavour, and made with high-quality ingredients. The portions are very generous, and the prices are excellent for the amount and quality of food you receive.

The restaurant has a beautiful, calm atmosphere that makes it a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. Everything was spotless, clean, and very well organized. I also loved the digital menu—it was modern, easy to use, and made ordering simple.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout our visit. From the food to the atmosphere and the outstanding customer service, everything exceeded my expectations.

We got the hot stone bibimbap and soon tofu stew to start, and they were both delicious. Eating the food took me back to my time in Seoul. We also had to try to kimbap as dessert, and it was great. Highly recommend going to Dolsot for a taste of Korean home cooking.“

“We almost always have a great meal here. Unfortunately, I don't have many photos, but their sashimi and other raw seafood are always incredibly fresh and delicious. We love most of the sushi and sashimi on the menu.

The bossam and Korean soups are always flavorful and satisfying. The japchae and bibimbap have been a bit hit or miss for us, but overall the food is consistently good.

This is definitely one of our go to spots. The food is comforting, and we always leave happy.“

My absolute favourites are the Creamy Onion and Green Onion flavours. The creamy onion is rich without being too heavy, while the green onion adds a fresh, savoury kick that pairs perfectly with the crispy chicken.“

“Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. The lady at the cashier is never friendly to my husband and me. During our last visit, I noticed she was very nice to the customer in front of us, but when it was our turn, she was rude again. I'm not sure if this is only toward non-Asian customers, but it has happened to us repeatedly.

That said, the food is excellent. We always order the fried chicken from here, and it has been amazing every single time. The quality and taste are consistently great, which is the only reason we've kept coming back.

“First time my boyfriend and I came to this restaurant and oh man was it ever fantastic. The meat was perfectly cut and we got a lot for what we ordered. We added the assorted vegetables which consisted of red pepper, mushrooms, squash, onions and yams. We have been to a grill like that before but it was not as good as this place. The staff were so friendly and gave us whatever we needed and always asking how we were doing. We are definitely going to come back here for more amazing food.
