“We tried Nando's our first night in vancouver after checking in to our hotel downtown. Absolutely incredible. Inessa was so welcoming, kind, and accommodating. I ordered the the thighs and two sides, and ordered the spicy level hot. The PERi mac and Brussels were soooo good!! The chicken was even better.

I LOVE spice, and I thought the flavor of the hot was incredible, but i asked Inessa if I could try the extra hot, because I wanted just a little more!!! She was really looking out for me by warning me that it was quite a bit spicier than hot - she was absolutely right, and I loved it!!! Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

“While walking along Robson Street during the holidays, I stopped for lunch at Chicko Chicken. I ordered the Chicko meal with boneless chicken, fries, and a drink. Everything is prepared fresh, so there is a short wait, but it’s worth it. The chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside, and the fries were hot and crisp. We had the peri peri grilled double legs, spiced rice, fire grilled corn on the cob, and roasted Brussels sprouts. The price was good, and the food was delicious!“

“Visited after an appointment. Ordered 10 pieces chicken, a deluxe chicken sandwich and family size pasta. The chicken was fantastic, super crunchy and some were mild spicy. Deluxe chicken sandwich was crispy, lettuce and tomato were fresh. The family size pasta was only ok and kinda small. It definitely would not feed 3-5ppl.

Great customer service. 1 menu screen was broken so couldn’t see prices. She rung up each menu item to show me the price. The food came out fast and fresh.“

“I returned to Church’s Chicken after almost three years, and I really love their chicken. This time, I was even happier with the service. The service was excellent. There was an associate dedicated to customer service who seemed genuinely committed to her work. I felt much more satisfied with the service compared to the past. I was curious to know the name of the associate who provided such good service to me. I saw the name, her name was Rista. I’m really impressed with the service you provided. “Best chain fried chicken in Vancouver, hands down. I've tried Hi 5, Mary Brown's, KFC, and Jollibee, and they all disappointed in some way: dry, bland, or overpriced. Church's is spicy enough, well seasoned, and consistent every visit. Not quite 5 stars, but it easily tops the other chains. This review is for the chicken only; the sides are hit or miss.“

“A staff charged extra $2 for mixing Spicy and Regular chickens for the 3 piece combo.

But a week later, a different staff didn't charge for the mixed chickens. When I asked what is the store policy, they said mixing is free.

Why would a staff charge me extra $2 when they can't pocket the money? Or.... they CAN pocket?

I know punjabi fast food workers dont get much love on the internet. But this location the staffs are alright. The glasses lady who seems to be the supervisor/leader is professional.“
