I enjoyed my simple, yet flavorful chicken thigh with medium spicy sauce and veggies on the side. The staff here were polite and helpful. There is a dine in or take out option. I would definitely try this place for take out in the future.“

“We tried Nando's our first night in vancouver after checking in to our hotel downtown. Absolutely incredible. Inessa was so welcoming, kind, and accommodating. I ordered the the thighs and two sides, and ordered the spicy level hot. The PERi mac and Brussels were soooo good!! The chicken was even better.

I LOVE spice, and I thought the flavor of the hot was incredible, but i asked Inessa if I could try the extra hot, because I wanted just a little more!!! She was really looking out for me by warning me that it was quite a bit spicier than hot - she was absolutely right, and I loved it!!! Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

First time at a Nandos.
If u aren’t familiar w Nandos u get seated & given a menu but when you've decided what you want, you yourself get up & take the menu to the front counter to order, then leave it there or return it the original menu storage place yourself.
Was ok.
Missing the 1 star since I personally did not really like my chicken bowl, felt a bit dry/too spicy, but it's a subjective taste in the end. Also got a coleslaw which was satisfactory.

However the restaurant itself was clean & spacious & the interior design was nice.
Personal bathrooms too.“

“I was passing Vancouver in transit on 20th July ,stayed overnight and went to the restaurant for having and taking away some chicken pieces for Saint John. NB as there was no P in Saint John. The girl at the counter was so courteous and very customer friendly .The service was very fast. The chicken was very tasty and crispy and prefect .I enjoyed very much and brought pieces to Saint John for my family.All were happy to eat them. I thank the whole team and wish you prosper .“

“Visited after an appointment. Ordered 10 pieces chicken, a deluxe chicken sandwich and family size pasta. The chicken was fantastic, super crunchy and some were mild spicy. Deluxe chicken sandwich was crispy, lettuce and tomato were fresh. The family size pasta was only ok and kinda small. It definitely would not feed 3-5ppl.

Great customer service. 1 menu screen was broken so couldn’t see prices. She rung up each menu item to show me the price. The food came out fast and fresh.“

There was an associate dedicated to customer service who seemed genuinely committed to her work. I felt much more satisfied with the service compared to the past. I was curious to know the name of the associate who provided such good service to me. I saw the name, her name was Rista. I’m really impressed with the service you provided. Please maintain this level of customer interaction. If anyone is a customer of Church’s Chicken, I recommend visiting the location on Slocan Street Kingsway.“

Personal preference better than KFC. However, food is greasy and oily as expected at a fried chicken place.

“A staff charged extra $2 for mixing Spicy and Regular chickens for the 3 piece combo.

But a week later, a different staff didn't charge for the mixed chickens. When I asked what is the store policy, they said mixing is free.

Why would a staff charge me extra $2 when they can't pocket the money? Or.... they CAN pocket?

I know punjabi fast food workers dont get much love on the internet. But this location the staffs are alright. The glasses lady who seems to be the supervisor/leader is professional.“
