The foods great, the service can sometim3s use a little smile but we all have our days and 99% of the time there joyous to help! The foods never raw. It's always nice and crunchy, and it is the same kfc you always will love. The atmosphere is inside a mall so keep that in mind, but trust me you won't regret purchasing a spicy big crunch or a 3 piece chicken. Always so good.Vegetarian options: They have a vehicle brmurger that looks like chicken but isn't... I've tried it once and it was really good, cooked fresh every time so you always know it's gonna be good.Dietary restrictions: All the info is right there on the side or on the website so it's easy to find info for dietary restrictionsParking: In the mall so lots and lots of free parkingKid-friendliness: There's a kids zone nearby and the staff even smile and wave at the kids and respond to what they have to say, it always is a good experience.Wheelchair accessibility: It's within a mall and I see scooters wheel chairs and people with crutches all the time eating there. Once I even saw the staff taking the extra time to write it down on paper for a customer who couldn't speak or hear... it was heart warming to see the extra mile taken.“
“Pardon for the overdue review as it was holiday season and forgot to post this up. I dined in December 1, 2023 with an acquaintance and was hankering to try their family meal. The portions are good but man inflation has taken a toll on most chicken restaurants in Canada. Still worth it and it felt good to dine in rather than to deal with takeout and eat in the cold.This restaurant was a little busy so attentiveness was slightly off but that's okay because during the holiday season the most important thing is good delicious food to allay hunger pangs so one can refocus and continue on with their day. First time I've eaten in this chain but I was told by said acquaintance that this chain is super popular in Ontario especially for their gravy. I can definitely see that because the taste is phenomenal and those wedges were gone the next day!Definitely need to come back here and dine again when I'm less rushed.Parking: Tons of stall parking in the strip mall.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of families dining in with their children so I'd say it is definitely friendly to children.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is spacious with automated door. Seating easily accessible for wheelchair clientele.“
