It’s so clean and modern inside and the selection of meat was incredible! The service was fabulous!

“Come for the fried chicken and maybe some drinks if you’re in the mood. Their Korean fried chicken is top notch and is worth traveling out to get.

This is a very authentic spot and can get busy. Lots of people come for take out versus dining in so being able to find a table isn’t too bad.

“Tried Chicko Chicken recently and it was actually really good. The chicken was super crispy on the outside and still juicy inside. Got the soy garlic and it had a nice balance of sweet and savory without being too heavy. Portions were decent for the price too.

Service was quick. Overall, solid spot if you’re craving Korean fried chicken.“

“You know what, for a kind of chicken place in the middle of nowhere on a little corner on fraiser, the food surprised me.
Had the chicken Burger, had a solid taste, well fried, solidly spiced, just a really nice meal.

“We went to the Krunchicken in Mission last night. Everything about the place - the food, the lady taking orders, the environment - were all top notch. We ordered all three kinds of bone-in chicken wings that were available as well as fries, yam fries, and other sides. Everything we ordered was FANTASTIC. Absolutely fantastic. The portions were huge, the prices were fair, and the flavors were out of this world!!! NEW FAVORITE CHICKEN PLACE!“

“Nandos in Walnut Grove serves up some of the standard Portuguese-South African chicken dishes across their other chain locations. I enjoyed my simple, yet flavorful chicken thigh with medium spicy sauce and veggies on the side. The staff here were polite and helpful. There is a dine in or take out option. I would definitely try this place for take out in the future.“

“I do not always comment on this. This store got a new store manager(seems like) and it totally changed my experience. I walked into the store, order as always, the store manager, a very nice and friendly guy took the order and kindly asked me to wait.

He took the order fast, send my order to my table, and greets me for a good meal, with saying “let me know if you need anything”

While I am still eating, he came by and give me some extra spicy pounder saying “seems like you need more spicy, here’s more”

So many different things like this makes me feel like I am getting the real “customer service” like I am at a fine dining place instead of a fast food store. I want to give my appreciation to his kindness and my best wishes to the success of this store, and of course, my loyalty to this store location.“

“I used to recommend Nando’s South Surrey to my neighbours, but we ordered some chicken tonight and were so disappointed as the chicken was over cooked and super dry (seemed as the chicken has been sitting forever) to the point that some pieces were inedible. I’m not sure if the owners changed or the cooks, but it definitely isn’t what it used to be. It’s a shame really, because you lost a customer.“
