“Subway workers always suck, and are some of the worst in the industry but if EVERY STORE managed their workers like this one, then subway would overtake all the other restaurants in the sandwich business. This place should be the GOLD standard of subways because their workers are phenomenal. I come in "How are you my friend ?" And then quick/good service from start to finish while everyone is smiling.

“This was the most classy DQ I've ever seen and ate in. It was new and clean and just was very organized. It's location is right in the new and trendy village atmosphere of Willoughby. Very enjoyable and highly recommended for a burger and some ice cream.“

Vegetarian options: Highly recommend the cheese n egger with hashbrowns, but also the beyond burger with cheese. Hit's the spot when you are hungry. A&W takes great care to make sure your food is fresh.“

“Haven't had Wendy's for a long time so decide to treat myself.
This location's drive through always has long line up whenever I passed by the area since its located on a busy street in the shopping district.
I grabbed the "Asiago Ranch Chicken Club" and its actually pretty good. Portion size is better than other fast food and they stack the veggies, bacons perfectly. I hated when sometimes you took one bite of the burger or sandwich and everything slides out.
The chicken is a little too dry but acceptable.
Service is really quick within a minute.

“The staff here are super nice and the food always come out quick, hot and fresh.
Went through the drive through yesterday and the girl serving us was an absolute delight. Another time inside the ice machine was empty and a staff member quickly helped by providing ice from behind the counter. Always a pleasant experience at this location.“

“Was great restaurant, but now Indian took over. Service becomes really bad. I ordered chicken tenders combo, milkshake and mini donut. Didn’t give me the pop cup right away after I paid, I found seat to sit down and kids were thirsty so I went to counter to ask for my pop cup, lady is rude and said I didn’t give you cup? I show her my table without any cup, so then she gave me the cup. After milkshake and chicken tenders combo, the lady wanna took away my food waiting number tag, I told her we still short mini donuts and almost had to show her my receipt to prove I ordered mini donut… foods are great but service becomes very bad now.“

The other two has the most negative attitude.This is a common I have found in nearly 80% of fast food locations. It's the reason I've actually cut back going to these places. They brag about their food through their marketing, but nearly ALL fast food businesss need to RETRAIN their staff.Might be going back, but will ask for the employee with the friendly attitude to help me. A very nice lady who cares about her work.We need more of these. I worked the industry. It's like any job, find the best in YOU, and you will AMPLIFY it through your work ethic.“

“I’ve seen some bad reviews for this place but I’ve been twice and the food was fantastic, tasty and fresh. I had the Greek plate and a chicken donair plate. Both were delicious! Service was good, and fast and prices are reasonable. It’s a fast food restaurant not fine dining. If I lived in the area I would go more often. Don’t knock it until you try it:)“

“As a tourist of BC, I was charging my rental next door at KIA and decided to pop in for some breakfast just for something quick and easy. Ordered and food was out within 2 minutes. Food was hot and fresh. I was very satisfied with this McDonald's vs my experiences lately with not so far food. Sat down to eat, everything appeared clean, and it was nice to see a play place for kids.

Parking: Free parking lots with ample parking. 5 courier/mobile order pick up spots right in front of the door.

“sent cold food stone cold and missing sauce and cheese so cold wouldn't melt and the chicken is cold so is the cheese sticks when I went to talk to the manager she claims it's my fault like excuse me your store cooked this then she said well you have complained befor well excuse me your restraunt sends out bad quality food looks like a McCains 2.00 fozen pizza and breadsticks and cold chicken like I paid 64.00 dollars for this then the manager blame us I have phone time stamp and bill and my video camera time stamp I wouldn't feed that food to my dog stop blaming the customers and do your dam jobs properly or go elsewhere we pay your wages your supposed to make quality food.This was Langley 200th street Location.Not recommended at all.“

“This Subway and their staff are amazing. We ordered 13 foot longs for my son’s birthday party and they nailed it. JOSIE and LAAIQA got them ready in no time and took care of all the instructions I gave them over the phone. They customized my food request, cut the foot longs in 4” and individually wrapped each portion in cookie bags. How amazing 🤩. Each sub had just the right amount of veges and dressing (without us being physically present there for any instructions). I can’t thank you enough for making the whole ordering process and my experience simply wonderful. Our guests just loved the subs. You guys are awesome 👏🏼.“

“A group of eight of us attended this location (4 adults, 4 kids) and had one of THE BEST customer service experiences ever. We were greeted by Josh as soon as we walked in the door, and he made sure that every one in our party received a smile, a kind welcome, a super fast, correct order and pleasant conversation. Our coffees were topped up, the kids were treated to lollipops, and our trays were cleared super quickly. Please let the kitchen staff know that we were all pleased with our breakfasts (everything fresh and delicious - and FAST!!) but mostly Josh absolutely made our morning!! So thanks!
