“We were visiting this location for the first time to order a platter for our event. The guy, Sarpreet (I hope that’s how you spell his name), was incredibly friendly and respectful. At first, I thought he was the owner, so I was surprised when I realized he was just an employee.

However, I would say he’s not just any employee; he’s a valuable asset. The actual owner should keep him for as long as possible.

But I sat at the side counter waiting for takeout for my granddaughters with an insulated lunch bag to transport it sitting on the counter in front of me…when I got home I noticed a 25 cent bag fee. I was not asked if I wanted to buy a bag, I would have said no as I obviously had one.

“Food is a little inconsistent. Was charged for extra sauce for 6 tenders but have never been charged is 10 years at other fatburgers. A few booths were broken and service had a bake sale professionalism. Last time I ordered 6 tenders 2 of them were one tender cut in half so it was almost flat.“
