This was the most classy DQ I've ever seen and ate in. It was new and clean and just was very organized. It's location is right in the new and trendy village atmosphere of Willoughby. Very enjoyable and highly recommended for a burger and some ice cream.
staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. I frequent here and would recommend. ???Parking: during the busy hours it's a little difficult to find parking. when in doubt, the opposite side of the building has more parking and another back entrance to DQ is on that side as well, so u won't have to walk all the way around to the front to enter

The staff are so friendly. The store is always clean. Stuff is expensive, but it is everywhere...no criticism of this store. DQ is our family's guilty pleasure.
