Staff were friendly, specially Komaldeep, she was really helpful, and handled orders quickly even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a solid place for tasty fast food, and I’d definitely come back again.“

Guys in this store specially those filipino guys who cook your orders were very nice, also the casher she familiarize the faces of who's always buying to their store and memorize their orders so that next time you buy again from them you don't need to speak anymore as she already know what to do to your order, sometime she ask questions just to verify your order in case there's any changes . “I have lived in the Port Kells area for 20 years, driven past this cafe every day on my way to work and finally decided to give it a try with my wife, I'm extremely happy with the service and quality of food, all made fresh. The atmosphere is very peaceful, I'm not usually the type of person to sit in a cafe and relax but this place was great. I highly recommend for anyone in Surrey to check this place out.“

“I used to recommend Nando’s South Surrey to my neighbours, but we ordered some chicken tonight and were so disappointed as the chicken was over cooked and super dry (seemed as the chicken has been sitting forever) to the point that some pieces were inedible. I’m not sure if the owners changed or the cooks, but it definitely isn’t what it used to be. It’s a shame really, because you lost a customer.“

“Quizno's has always been a favorite for a quick meal, but this one is special. The owner and her family run it together and they take a lot of pride to make sure you get a great sandwich every time. You can tell the difference between a minimum wage grunt and someone who really cares about their customers. We had them cater some of our wedding because we love it so much!“

“I have tried all the fast food restaurants on the Lower Mainland, and the Popeyes at this particular location is definitely where I found the best staff.

Firstly, Divya D. was simply amazing. She handled both the drive-through as well as the front counter with immense professionalism and respect. Her attitude not only towards myself but other customers I could see there was really something special. To come across a person who treats people so politely and respectfully is quite rare, and this definitely made my experience great.

Also, there is Palak, working at the front counter, who is just as friendly and welcoming.

This particular place of customer service is definitely unique, and it is definitely the standard for every other fast food restaurant.“

I ordered it again at the Fleetwood store and was so disappointed. First of all it was too soft to eat so I took it home to eat in a dish with a spoon. And.... there was no fudge sauce in it! And only about 6-7 peanuts. I’m not one to call management and complain but hopefully someone will read this and be more careful when putting them together and give them longer time to freeze. 😢“

“I’ve been coming to this Dominos for years as far back as their old location just one plaza over. Staff are friendly. Today they were a bit busy and my order took a little longer but no concern. I could see the shift supervisor working hard following up with all the orders and ensuring staff were getting things right. When my order came up she was very apologetic that i had to wait but it wasn’t long but i appreciated the level of concern she had it goes a long way.“

“I do not always comment on this. This store got a new store manager(seems like) and it totally changed my experience. I walked into the store, order as always, the store manager, a very nice and friendly guy took the order and kindly asked me to wait.

He took the order fast, send my order to my table, and greets me for a good meal, with saying “let me know if you need anything”

While I am still eating, he came by and give me some extra spicy pounder saying “seems like you need more spicy, here’s more”

So many different things like this makes me feel like I am getting the real “customer service” like I am at a fine dining place instead of a fast food store. I want to give my appreciation to his kindness and my best wishes to the success of this store, and of course, my loyalty to this store location.“

“This was phenomenal. I have arrived from Toronto, Canada. I love the Toronto Maple Leafs but holy moly this was delicious and outstanding quality and service. Quantity was so much, I have taken it home with me. I would like to thank the entire family for their hospitality, love and passion. They have outdone themselves with their product and service.
