“The lady at the cash worked the orders alone so the service was a tad bit slow. We didn’t mind because the customer service was amazing, she was lovely and absolutely helpful with us. There were 7 of us who tried this cafe for the first time and we loved our experience. We would most likely return. I liked the mango smoothie, strawberry falooda and the chicken pastry. I’d recommend to include a pesto sandwich in the menu soon!“
“Had the hazelnut and pistachio gelato today both were excellent! Very tasty we even bought a pint to bring home after! And like some other reviewers said the staff wasn't too friendly no smiles like they didn't want to be there ? We really like the gelato so I will keep it as 5 stars.....but definitely lots of room of improvement in terms of customer service.“
“Very nice ice cream shop, this is actually a corner store in a mall which has Baskin Robins outlet in it, baskin robin has lots of variety and good ice cream. This location has recently updated the ice cream stall with fresh look and new Menu’s. The service is excellent and staff is very friendly. This is a local favourite for many people and this location is quite busy in the evenings. Ice cream buckets are also available in various flavours. This is a nice spot for evening ice cream, a must go place in Surrey.“

“We went there today during our walk along the beach, and due to my daughter's severe allergy to nuts, the lady working offered to open a new tub of ice cream just so the chance of cross nut contamination was lowered and my daughter could still enjoy a treat. This was so unexpected and greatly appreciated.
