“First and foremost, the customer service was exceptional and pleasant. I came during lunch time so fairly quiet and not busy. This was my first visit to taste their food, and I believe I was speaking with the owner, who was extremely polite and discussed the menu, which had quite a few choices. She mentioned several popular burgers as well as spicy wings. I had the spicy wings, which I highly suggest. Crispy and not too oily. 10/10. I ordered the Maui Maui burger, however it fell little short for me. The burger was fairly tough and dry, lack of seasoning, and not as juicy as some of the reviews said. I will definitely be back to give the other options a try in the near future.“

“A modest place with limited seating. I would have stayed to eat in, but it was chilly and loud, so I decided to get burgers to go. As for the food, burgers were quite good, with great flavor and interesting combos. Mozz sticks were subpar, mostly because they were cut in half to go and cooled off. Tots with house made sauces were good. I enjoyed my visit and would go back, but there's room for improvement.“

“Quick stop for Poutine. Classic Canadian fare that tastes like home. The fries are crispy, the cheese squeaky, and the gravy is flavourful. Only one more authentic is off the cafeterias from high school or the ski slopes. My wife and I even enjoyed a Canadian lady-and-the-tramp moment when the fries we were eating was strung by a single melted cheese curd. It was Canadian Magic.“

The lady on the phone was super nice & the man working when I went to pick it up didn’t seem bothered by the time of day. My food tasted GREAT. The fries were SUPER fresh and I was soooo happy about it.

I’ve been to OTHER places in the past where customer service lacks because they’re tired at the end of their shift and you get the crappy day end fries, those experiences have not been fun.

We ordered a variety of dishes to enjoy at home, but unfortunately, upon unpacking our order, we realized our pizza was missing. When we called to inform them about the missing pizza, the owner personally apologized and promptly delivered the pizza to our home. “A nice restaurant that offers great food. Me and my family love going here and the staff are very nice. Most importantly, their food is delicious, even when we always get takeout. Also, once when I left my sweatshirt there, they kept it there till I came back. They even recognized me!

“Weekly we take my 97 year old Mother out for lunch. It is always challenging to find something for her to eat since she has tooth sensitivity issues. She LOVES Swiss/Broccoli cheese soup but it's not always available leaving us with few options. BUT a month ago we were informed that the kitchen staff CAN and WOULD be willing to blend other meals up into a soup like consistency making it easier for her to enjoy meals! WOW!!! What a game changer! Many thanks to the staff who recognize us and set up our place setting with smaller cocktail napkins, hurrying with Mom's HOT tea, etc. It sure makes taking her out so much easier! Special thanks to the manager Guy? and servers Jasleen, Sophie, as well as hostess Danae! SUCH FABULOUS STAFF!!!!“

“I tried five guys a little while ago and it was pretty good. It’s a little expensive but very good. Fries are pretty good and they give you a lot of extra fries in the bag but the bag got greasy so ye. Burgers are very high quality and tasty. I would go here a couple of times a year because although it’s good, it’s pretty expensive“

“Came here with my girlfriend we just got a bunch of appies to share, dynamite roll and the avocado roll, deep fried cauliflower, garlic fries and lettuce wraps . Everything tasted delicious it was the perfect amount for the two of us, our waiter was super nice and attentive, it wasn’t that busy when we went so the service was really fast.“

“Good is consistently good at White Spots. Service is variable, and this day we had a discontented hostess, (not welcoming, tossed the cutlery in a heap on the table), but a great waitress! Food was slow to come, but at least the server checked in on us regularly to reassure us that it was coming!“

Debra the general manager was kind and generous and made my entire day with her sweet offer.

My dad loved his eggs and sauce as it has been over 1 year since he last had it. Thank you again. You never know what people are going through and her lovely smile and kind gesture really meant the world to me and my dad. I am tearing up as I write this.

“The store is very nice and well cleaned and it is a very spacious store with lots off space. The staff members are very nice and supportive ans they always cooperate with their customers. “Very nice food and fresh, not spicy enough, they have three restaurants in one, Karachi Flame for desi food, 777 for pizza, and Fritou for fast food, ambience is very basic can be better, but we were there for food which is worth a try, I don't know why there half Chicken karahai is so expensive comparing to other restaurants. Service is also good can improve a bit too but the staff is very friendly and active.“
