“First time going in years, we had a great experience! We ordered one Oreo cookie shake to split, our waitress offered to pour it into 2 glasses, they also topped both with whipped cream and Oreo crumbles! We never order the tower of onion rings because of how big they are but, they now have a smaller one that comes with 6 rings called The O-Ring Shorty, genius! I ordered the southern charm burger, soo delicious! And my boyfriend ordered the Smoke & Pepper, he foolishly made his monster style by adding an additional patty, which he could not finish 🤣 The place was extremely busy, while following social distancing measures. Our waitress was very nice an attentive, we will definitely be back!“

“Went here for lunch with my sisters. They got chicken strips and fries, they were happy with their choice. I got jalapeño dippers for an appetizer (they were really good!!) -- for an entree I got the mac n cheese, unfortunately I found it really salty, the sauce was thick/coagulated and not flavourful. Also the portion was quite small for the price. (I couldn't finish the meal)
I notified my server at the end of the meal when she asked if I wanted to take it go.
Bella was extremely kind about it, (I really dislike complaining about food and rarely do unless i'm really not fond/unhappy with the meal. Bella notified the manager and he came over and spoke with me about.
They graciously took the meal off my bill which was super appreciated as I didn't eat much of it at all. Bella was super reassuring about me speaking up about the food and insisted that everything was okay, such a sweet girl! I would return just to have her as waitress again, and of course the Jalapeño Dippers! Cheers Bella“

“The place is fantastic. Waitresses are friendly and quick. Great service. Food is amazing. I tried Delphi omelet and it was out of this world. Today I ordered fried chicken Benedict. Chicken was perfectly cooked and marbled potatoes were awesome. It comes in half and full portion. Will never go anywhere else for breakfast again“

Hey, it was a little pricier than most chains at 28 for the two of us to have combos, but the condiments, frosty mug, quality and details A&W puts into their fast food outrank most other chains.“

“Mom and I eat here all the time. It's our favorite place, the staff, the food the atmosphere is always top notch! Tonight was proof of why we go here. Friday is rib night, full rack was $30 and comes with spaghetti, ceaser salad and garlic toast.... however what a shocker they have slashed the cost to $19.... why simply because of Trump's Tarrifs and they want to give back to their patrons by lowering prices so we eat local.... “Food is a little inconsistent. Was charged for extra sauce for 6 tenders but have never been charged is 10 years at other fatburgers. A few booths were broken and service had a bake sale professionalism. Last time I ordered 6 tenders 2 of them were one tender cut in half so it was almost flat.“

“I'll tell you, if you want great home-cooked food. This is the place to go. I had the cutlets and mashed potatoes. The food was so delicious that I almost forgot about dessert. But then I had the chocolate cream pie, and oh my gosh was it delicious. I went there hungry and left very overfull! 🤪. If you were hungry didn't want good home cooked, old fashioned style food. This is your place. The service was excellent and the washrooms were spotless as well.“

“When you buy a double patty burger, most places try to actually make it function like a burger. Smaller patties, scrimping on the sauces, less of the filler (tomato, lettuce etc). Not this place. The burger was sliding off of itself, it was what it should be, far too much of everything, not nearly enough bun. An absloute masterpiece. Tasted perfect. Props to the asian gentleman that made the burger tonight.

“Good products. After the large 6 ounce patties, diners can choose what goes into the burgers. All the usual condiments are available and it is all cooked and assembled to order. My only complaint is with the fries. Too many tiny pieces of overcooked potato. Uniform sizing may result in a bit more waste, but the serving would be better.“

“I hadn't been in 4 months until this weekend and it looks like they recently had some staff turnover, but it's all good. I look forward to meeting the new staff. Weekend brunch was decent for bar food. It's a good idea. I'll be going back for that. I thought everything was pretty pricey, but then I had to remind myself that Canadian prices are not like US prices. The liquor tax here is bonkers. So, I guess their prices are on point for the area. Fleetwood is my favorite area in Surrey. I like this place as being my local hang out that me and my chums can walk to. It's also a good first date place because it's pretty low key. I.E., not loud, it has an upbeat ambiance (especially cozy on a rainy day), and you can actually have a conversation and hear each other. Another positive is that they cater to a wide demographic. All ages, all races, and so there are lots of regulars. I have found that the patrons are generally easy going and so a conversation can started pretty easily.“

“This is a fantastic restaurant. I enjoyed everything about this restaurant. The service is optimistic and professional. I like the design of the interior, despite the small venue space. I ate there for lunch and had the Lennon's French Toast. It was the best French toast I have ever had at any establishment. All of the ingredients pay compliments to each other and taste great altogether. The coffee was not just great, it was Grade-A quality. I hope to come back to Big Feast Bistro very soon when I am in Maple Ridge again.“

“Always a good restaurant to go for a burger. The Teen Burger is my favorite of all the fast food restaurant chains in Canada. I sure miss having the multi-grain bun option for your burgers.“

“Overall a great place, however they allow smoking on the patio right next to a door and sitting at the bar you get the horrible stench of tobacco every time the door to the patio opens. Really should not allow smoking on the premises.“

“Great staff, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking, food was great though maybe a little pricy depending on what you get. We had a slight miscommunication about a food allergy that meant we had to send something back but they took care of us right away.

“A group of eight of us attended this location (4 adults, 4 kids) and had one of THE BEST customer service experiences ever. We were greeted by Josh as soon as we walked in the door, and he made sure that every one in our party received a smile, a kind welcome, a super fast, correct order and pleasant conversation. Our coffees were topped up, the kids were treated to lollipops, and our trays were cleared super quickly. Please let the kitchen staff know that we were all pleased with our breakfasts (everything fresh and delicious - and FAST!!) but mostly Josh absolutely made our morning!! So thanks! “My experience is pretty good. I was greeted by a pink haired little lady who greeted me with a smile and was so excellent at quick conversation. I wish I got her name, but I’m pretty sure it was Micaela, because I heard a server calling her that. Our server, I believe was Jamie, was exemplary at quickly giving us our food while multitasking all of his other tables. The only thing I could complain about was the prices of the food, but the food was so. Dang. Good. I think overall the staff is what makes the experience and this time; I think the staff made the experience not only great but perfect. “On Tuesday, May 12th, seniors group from Taproot Community Support Services and Staff had celebrated birthday and our annual spring lunch outing. Jann our server was excellent and worked so hard to make sure we had our lunch and drinks. She went above and beyond making our lunch so great. We highly recommend her and thank her so much.“

“This Brown’s on Glen has incredible service, Incredibly compassionate staff, and their food, especially the blackened chicken cowboy salad is like it used to be and back to phenomenal….yum… the chicken was so so tasty and tender …yummy! We were there the last week in May and while the service was slow it was still great!! The manager came by and apologized and also insisted he pay for a couple of drinks for us. Even though we insisted on paying as we simply appreciated him apologizing for the slow service. We had a great discussion about how hard it is to staff restaurants. I can’t recommend this Brown’s enough. Great place to go with two people, a small group or a large group.“
