my burger was under cooked and the rest of the tables burgers were borderline.... Wouldn't have been a big deal, but it took 15min to get a servers attention then another 10min for a different server to come back to the table. Then 15min to wait for the new burger. So everyone was finished eating by the time my burger was done..My bottom less refill drink was empty for the whole time as well. very poor service. We made reservations for 15 for my nieces birthday a couple day before but when we got there there was no reservation.. we had to wait about 30 min to get a table, once we were seated they took our drunk order. Took my family to the Langley location tonight, waited about 20mins for our server to come, placed our orders, meals came, our server came by once during our meals and after we were done to see if we needed anything, we politely declined, then we waited another 20mins for our kids to get their deserts that came with their meals, a different waitress came with one… then went back to get the other, didn’t bring spoons, our dinner plates sat in front of us the whole time.
