“We haven't had IHOP since the Abbotsford location shut down. We were seated quickly and the service was quick and professional. I ordered the Calerado omelette with a side of pancakes. “Denny's is always a safe choice and I love my super bird sandwich here. However today I tried something different. One half was amazing and the other half was not so amazing.I ordered a strawberry crepe and an early bird breakfast sandwich. The strawberry crepe was amazing and very tasty following up by a not so good early bird sandwich which failed as advertised. It was a bit dry and lacked what makes a good super bird sandwich.“

Went Above and beyond.. for the example.. brought waters with our regular drink .. asked if we wanted our fries while we waited for our food .. everything was so smooth. “Great overall breakfast and lunch spot. The menu offers a nice variety from biscuits & gravy, omelettes & scrambles, soup & sandwich, and even some Mexican inspired dishes. The food all has a homey, handmade feel. A lot of the menu feels creative, soups seem house made, jam comes in a cup instead of a plastic packet, lot of nice touches. The bar has nice lattes and chai to wake you up or even mimosas and palomas if you're feeling like one.The staff is consistently fantastic and always accommodating. I dropped in one day with a large group of friends and family, everyone was taken care of, everyone enjoyed their food, even the kids were happy.The indoor seating area is roomy with big tables with comfy chairs. There's a small outdoor seating area too, which is somewhat dog-friendly. Staff is kind, offering treats and water too.Parking: There's lots of parking space in the back with a rear entrance to the cafe. Parking in the front is street only which can be difficult.Kid-friendliness: There's a small kids menu with a good variety of options. French toast, oatmeal, fruit cups, to name a few.“
“The Railway Cafe is awesome. My son loves trains and the entire staff made sure that he had a great time with the entire eating experience. The food was delicious and the portions were generous for the price. I had the blue cheese buffalo poutine, jerk chicken and fish taco. these were some of the best tacos ive had in a long time and as a french man, I can safely say that they did the poutine justice. lots of gravy and cheese up until the last bite. All of it was reasonably priced and they had a great atmosphere with upbeat music while you enjoyed the food. I let my server Ariana know about my previous experience and she handle it perfectly. I believe Amed was the cook who made my chicken. The chicken was seasoned to perfection, super juicy and I love the creole butter.“

“Original Joes is my favourite restaurant ever. I have been enjoying this place for years and it never disappoints, my friends and I always have the best experience when we get Original Joes. The buffalo chicken wrap is the best item on the menu and probably my favourite food to eat. The bruschetta fettucine is a close second. Oj's will always be the best restaurant around for comfort food. PS: order the crinkle fries with dill dip and ask them to toss the fries in mango habanero spice... it is to die for.“
“We live in the Granview district of South Surrey, White Rock. There are lots of different restaurants so we like to try different places. We've passed by S+L Kitchen many times and finally decided to go there for lunch. It was a weekday, so I knew it wouldn't be very busy. It was very nice inside, a very retro look and clean. We were greeted right away and seated anywhere we liked since it wasn't busy. Our waitress came quickly and took our drink orders. After bringing our drinks we ordered our food. I had the salmon bowl, and my wife had the lobster bisque. My salmon bowl came with a nice size piece of salmon. It was very tasty, and the veggies were really good. My wife thought her bisque should have had a little more lobster in it. All in all the food and service was very good. Will certainly go there and try dinner.“

“Food is great when made right! Maybe need more staff to make sure things are made correctly. Usually question the order when picking up and catch it. Today it was made wrong so they re made it which corrected the initial mistake but added beans which I don’t eat. Needless to say I didn’t know till I got home and ended up making something at home for dinner. Highly recommend more staff during peak times to you can focus on quality.“
