GREAT breakfast sandwich, three kinds of hot sauce and fast service at lunch Sadly , there will come a time, hopefully much later rather than sooner where I’ll be up here to settle affairs. “Simple, smaller menu means Ingredients tend to be fresher. Chefs can be more focused and thorough with your food.
Veggies aren't swimming in grease but lightly oiled and cooked perfectly. The Au jus isn't some Arby's salty bullion. Sauces taste like theyre made in house. Meat is 100% always made to order. Ive eaten here 7+ times and counting (I stay here for work) will update when more of the menu is eaten. Staff are always on point too, haven't had a bad meal yet.“

I normally order on doordash but today i went in person, staff was nice and the place looked clean.
The food is consistently good, i normally get bacon burgers and chicken pastas.

“We wanted to grab a bite after our movie and it seems like everyone else in the theatre had the same idea. The service was so quick, the drinks were perfect, and the waitress was so helpful (thank you for recommending that Chicken Bruschetta pizza).

They even offered to stay open later so we could wait for our Uber.

“This was our first time here, and we're both mad as to not trying it out earlier!!! Food, service, fantastic friendly manager, atmosphere...all amazing! We were seated right away, never felt ignored, and had a window seat with a view of the harbor. Highly recommend - we WILL be back! I had the fish and chips - so so good! The fish batter was so crispy!! And the steak fries were great and crisp! My husband got the Big Bad Boy burger (3 patties)...he's a burger guy for sure...he was super impressed!!“

“Not only is the food at this place amazing--including a WIDE variety of options--the team at El Capitan is unbeatable. We so loved the joint that we decided to host our wedding after party at El Capitan. We were able to work directly with the owner, Marc Ravais, to coordinate one of their BOMB karaoke DJs for the party, and Marc himself bartended for us in the back pirate-themed party and dining room. Our guests had a fantastic time, and Marc made it all SO EASY!

“The Service is why I like The Newsroom. Look, nobodies ever going to get it right every single time. There’s no way you go to a restaurant and every time it’s excellent, not even with servers. We’re all human. We all have good days and bad days, it’s not about leaning in on someone because they had a bad day because you’re paying for the food or service, if you think that way, you’re not welcome. I go to the Newsroom every Monday night. No it hasn’t been perfect every single time but it’s never been something that I could hold against them. Until I start walking on water and performing miracles, I’m just going to stay in my lane. Now, the service there is top tier.
