She checked in on us without being pushy and got our order right down to the little modifications we asked for. Food came out hot and fast, too. “Took a few friends here last Saturday afternoon and we ended up staying way longer than planned because the atmosphere was just so cozy and unhurried. The matcha latte was genuinely one of the better ones I've had in Surrey, not too sweet and beautifully made. Staff were warm and attentive without being hovery, which is honestly rare. Definitely coming back, probably dragging more people with me next time.“

“We had a great meal this past Monday at Earls. We chose to sit on the patio and luckily there was seating available. The meal was very good. We had the Aburro salmon, the pork and shrimp dumplings and an assortment of entrees. We were celebrating a friend's upcoming retirement. Colton made us feel welcomed and confortable.“

“We meet weekly for lunch and receive excellent service from our server Amanda. The numbers vary however, there could be 10 of is or 20. She takes our orders, doesn’t write anything down and it all comes out at the same time… hot, delicious and correct. Looking after a large group is a total Team effort but she nails it!

“They removed their gluten-free pancake option from the menu 😞

I was so upset about this when I went.

They do still have some options for gluten-free dining, but its eggs and bacon sorts of meals. Nothing with pancakes or waffles, which lets be honest, is what you want when you go to ihop.

The food was still good, and the service too. My friends and I were there for quite awhile, and they never got impatient with us or told us to settle up.

All in all it was good...I just miss the gluten-free pancake option.“

“The restraunt was not busy on a Friday at 8pm during the Rodeo weekend (probably a forshadowing of things to come) Our server seemed pleasant. Took our drink orders, brought them and proceeded to take our dinner order. Then crickets, it was like a ghost town. Another server brought out our meals 45 minutes later. We were a party of 3, almost everything was cool or cold. Two of us had the French onion soup, it was luke warm and the croutons had soaked up 90% of the liquid. The thick cheese topping had been nicely melted and toasted but it had sat so long it had reverted back into cheese block form. Its a shame because it would have been good if served when it first was prepared. All of our burgers were cold. Crispy fries were cold and soggy from sitting before being delivered. Again it was a shame because if it was served when it was prepared it would have been good. Not sure what else to say other than disappointing.“
