“After not visiting Denny’s for over a year, we were happy to find that they still offer a free birthday treat. So, we headed there on a Saturday morning. Judging by the packed parking lot, it’s clear Denny’s remains a popular spot, bustling with customers all enjoying their meals.

Our server was lovely and attentive, adding to the warm atmosphere. Although there was a bit of confusion when we arrived, with some customers who arrived after us being seated first, it didn’t affect our mood. According to the official website, the birthday treat includes a Build Your Own Grand Slam, but we overheard from the next table that Denny’s will deduct the equivalent cost if you choose something else from the menu. That’s a thoughtful way to offer flexibility for customers with dietary needs.

“Yum I love this place. Wait wasn't long at all. We were seated within 10 minutes. There was 5 of us so we got a booth plus one chair pulled up to the booth. Coffee was excellent. I ordered a full chicken and waffle breakfast. It was 20 dollars. It was on the table in less that 20 minutes. Chicken was hand-battered whole real pieces. There was 2 strips. And 2 full waffles. Also, nice and crispy, and fluffy on the inside. And lastly on top a bowl of fruit salad which I couldn't finish as it was very filling. Our server was polite and prompt. Appreciate her tending our table. What else can I say would I go again? .. Hell ya I would. In a second. I'd be interested in checking out the rest of the menu forsure.“

“I visited IKEA Saudi Arabia many times during my stay there n then South Korea. And this evening I was at IKEA Coquitlam Canada. I always enjoy visiting IKEA all the places because of its keeping n offering excellent quality goods - mainly furniture - at reasonable n affordable prices. And today again it was a great experience visiting there at IKEA with my daughter n family members. We enjoyed shopping there n bought many good things. We even bought a Pakistan made twin-size duvet cover with pillow cover though I came here just two weeks back from there, though I bought a Turkish made one because of their high quality fabric and thread count. And as usual we enjoyed dining there as we never found it expensive though IKEA always offer good quality meals and its large dining area is always almost full with people from all around the world. My most favourite dish here at IKEA Coquitlam was Fish with Chips as was in South Korea. While at Jeddah in Saudi Arabia it was Hummus and Omelette while there mostly Saudi women visit just to eat high value food of their choice. “I’ve been a regular at Denny’s for quite a few years now, since well before Covid. We’ve never had an issue here with dine in takeout or delivery. I’ve had all three.

we usually go in the morning; so we’re part of the early morning crew that comes. There’s a lot of regulars that come in and often know each other, or are familiar with each other. We continue to be loyal customers we don’t go as much but it’s not because of Denny’s at all. It’s just the economy and all… can’t afford to eat out as much as we would like.

If you want a nice quiet, wholesome meal, I really do recommend these guys. they’re even great at substitutions or if you have a recommendation for your meal like you want your toast lightly toasted or something they’re really accommodating without complaining or overcharging.

Don’t forget on birthdays you get a discount. Yay! Birthday meals are awesome. They’ll give you a portion of your meal all off, or all, depending on cost. I believe Tuesday’s kids eat free that might’ve changed? Check into their events and deals they have. Don’t forget to give them a like on social media.“

“We were in for dinner tonight around 7pm. We sat at the table to the left of the door. Our waitress was PHENOMENAL !! They were so friendly and engaging and always available and ensuring our cups were full and we had everything we needed. This location takes customer service very seriously. The food was beyond delicious. I had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection, we all loved our dinners but my salmon was exceptionally amazing! I am a very picky salmon eater lol and they blew my mind with how great it was cooked and seasoned.
I highly recommend this location...it is 100% the best Dennys in the lower mainland!

“This place is amazing!!! They turn into a nightclub on weekends. I went on a Friday night for the After Dark Halloween Party, and I had an absolute blast. The servers were great, and the DJ was playing epic tunes! I danced the night away. I'm so excited to have my birthday party here!!! I also love all the artwork on the walls/ceiling, AND they have a little arcade section, too, which is awesome!“
