“I hadn't been in 4 months until this weekend and it looks like they recently had some staff turnover, but it's all good. I look forward to meeting the new staff. Weekend brunch was decent for bar food. It's a good idea. I'll be going back for that. I thought everything was pretty pricey, but then I had to remind myself that Canadian prices are not like US prices. The liquor tax here is bonkers. So, I guess their prices are on point for the area. Fleetwood is my favorite area in Surrey. I like this place as being my local hang out that me and my chums can walk to. It's also a good first date place because it's pretty low key. I.E., not loud, it has an upbeat ambiance (especially cozy on a rainy day), and you can actually have a conversation and hear each other. Another positive is that they cater to a wide demographic. All ages, all races, and so there are lots of regulars. I have found that the patrons are generally easy going and so a conversation can started pretty easily.“

“The service and atmosphere is always very nice. The exterior area isn’t very aesthetic. The food is made well and tasty but at Browns Level, it isn’t incredible but they do deliver a great quality meal - it’s great but not incredible. Some items are amazing though, try the dragon rice bowl, chipotle rice bowl, fettuccini is good but not better than earls, the nachos are yummy and the Oreo cheesecake is delicious“

“Food at Jolly Mac's is consistently very good. service is always friendly. One issue is that I have been shopping at the Liquor Store for 17 years. They always had tax and deposit included in the prices. Suddenly their prices have been changed to not have tax and deposit. I am not sure why this was done. It was always better to know the price you see is the price you pay. I think this was a poorly thought out decision.“

“I had I hope I get the spelling right but candy the waitress we had upon open was normally a night waitress on for short hand staff she went above and way beyond any expectation of the guildford street pub as a regular place to eat a decent meal for a very decent price this is definitely the kind of quality service and staff and her service has made a regular out of me.“

“This branch is always really good.. there’s never been a time when I had anything wrong with my order and I’ve been here so many times, it’s basically my go to now because of the good experience I get everytime I visit. We’re here Friday night at 10:40 pm but the food still came out fresh. And the food is always tasty and good. Customer service is one of the best in Surrey too.“

“I really like this place. The food is good, the staff are friendly, and the building itself is really nice and well maintained. It is obvious that the owner genuinely takes pride in what he does. I like to come for social hour at 2:00, when I am able. There are some great prices on food and drinks. But I often come at noon for lunch. One time I mistakenly thought I had left my wallet behind. Heaven and earth was moved to try to find it. It was later found in my truck. Thanks Kyle, sorry about that.“

“I have to give a huge shoutout to Tessa! She was an absolutely amazing server and completely changed my experience here. I work in the hospitality industry myself, so I understand how busy restaurants can get, but I’ve come here a few times before and unfortunately the service has always been pretty slow.

Tessa completely changed my perspective. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about their guests and takes pride in what they do, and Tessa definitely does.
