Atmosphere is ok, old restaurant smell, but normal if that makes sense. Service was great, all the servers were super helpful and nice. Our waiter, Henry, was attentive and friendly. I ordered the kids cheeseburger with a side of onion rings (not bottomless), which was the perfect portion size. I had written RR of after my last dining experience in factorial, food was sorry looking, poorly prepared, service was okay.... But this RR completely changed my mind, food looked like it does in the menu pics, and service was fun & attentive. Came in with a large group of 15, called about 20 min ahead, everything was ready for us when we arrived.Vegetarian options: Veggie or impossible burgers available

Food is always excellent. Hardly any interaction with the server. She pointed us to use the table tablet for paying and reordering drinks. But that little table kiosk was so filthy and disgusting neither mom nor I wanted to touch it. So I used a tissue between my finger on that stupid table kiosk. I'm not sure why the servers are so busy, but it's not because they are cleaning! Used to be my favorite restaurant. Bye bye for good.
