Why would you kind folks serve such good food and then have a banana cream pie that uses artificial banana flavor with no actual bananas, how extremely superficial is that? I grew up with banana cream pie. This is an insult.
If you live in Lynden and haven't been here then it's likely you haven't been in Lynden very long. I haven't yet ordered EVERYTHING on the menu but EVERYTHING I've ordered so far has been perfectly cooked and flavored! The food is VERY reasonably priced, in fact it may be one of the cheaper places to eat if you're taking your family. The environment is welcoming and friendly, as are the staff. Cozy and comfort food comes to mind when I think of Rustlers. Everything is fresh, made to order wi5h excellent flavors. Portions are very generous and pricing is reasonable. Try the chicken fried steak and eggs or the biscuit and gravy! Yum!
