Love the food, always! Seating in booths a little tight! Ambient noise a little high! Wouldn’t stop me coming though!

Great service and good food (unlimited refills are the best!) It was my first time visiting this location and it was great! A little loud but still very good place :)

Each person ordered a meal. Lots of leftover as bottomless sides and drinks. Server bring us some fries right away as we were hungry and it's bottomless anyway.. we will definitely go back again

The food is what you would expect from a red robin, the burgers are actually pretty good, the fries are horrible but bottomless, the food isnt cheap either, but overall its fine if youre craving burgers. My issue is with the fact that it feels like a cafeteria. The old Red Robin already felt like a cafeteria, this one feels significantly worse. It feels more like a middle school cafeteria than a mall cafeteria and doesnt have the retro charm that made the last one bareable. The service was pretty good. It just feels waful to be in. Still fine as a place to bring the family and kids though, and that is what its made for.

Red robins has stepped up their game! A few years ago I didn’t enjoy red robins very much as I felt their quality dropped off. But I went for my birthday burger, and they have significantly increased quality, I really enjoyed the food. Service was good, but seemed like they were a little under staffed. All in all a great experience with good food!

Really saddened to see that Red Robin does not live up to the standards they have previously set. With this new location in Langley management and team members alike treat customers like trash.Ignoring any customer concerns, overcharging for items that are included in burger combos. The food quality has gone down hill but the customer service and management is absolutely abysmal.I will no longer be patronizing this restaurant and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know.
