My son loves dominos best so I always order there. Last time I ordered (4 days ago) I checked my order and the arrival time said two minutes. I told my son his pizza was almost here and he went outside.
Then I see in the tracker that the driver went past my house to an address two blocks away. Then the tracker disappeared and the time changed to 30 minutes. I called and the person called the driver who said he will come in 5 minutes.

Provided a better pizza than I had from 128th store......
I’ve been coming to this Dominos for years as far back as their old location just one plaza over. Staff are friendly. Today they were a bit busy and my order took a little longer but no concern. I could see the shift supervisor working hard following up with all the orders and ensuring staff were getting things right. When my order came up she was very apologetic that i had to wait but it wasn’t long but i appreciated the level of concern she had it goes a long way.
