“I was passing Vancouver in transit on 20th July ,stayed overnight and went to the restaurant for having and taking away some chicken pieces for Saint John. NB as there was no P in Saint John. The girl at the counter was so courteous and very customer friendly .The service was very fast. The chicken was very tasty and crispy and prefect .I enjoyed very much and brought pieces to Saint John for my family.All were happy to eat them. I thank the whole team and wish you prosper .“

“Really hits the spot when you want that delicious chew and a good serving of shrimp or pork. HAVE to use chili oil and soy sauce or it's definitely too plain. It's fun to order in the buzz of the market with the cashier talking to you with a mic. Adds some novelty to the experience.

I had the noodles, soya chicken, fried pork chop, and Chinese cauliflower. Everything tasted good. The Asian lady serving was friendly. Note, like many Asian businesses in Richmond it is cash only.“

“Exceptional! We had burger, cod tacos and salmon salad. The burger patty tasted like a home made and was awesome. Cod tacos were very good too. Salmon salad just good.
It is not a restaurant of course but very decent for a fast food. Me and my family recommend it!“

“A business loses stars for fixable but ignored safety or health infractions, or genuine interactions directly with the owner/manager. They don't lose stars for simple human mistakes, unpredictable accidents, or the behaviour of other customers.

Having said that, I've had an excellent experience with this Domino's. My online orders are prompt, the tracker functions fine, they honour coupon codes and the staff has always been friendly and courteous.

“New York Fries remains one of the few dependable residents of the food court, which is no small achievement in a place where lunch often feels like a hostage negotiation with fluorescent lighting.

The fries are still properly crisp, satisfying, and reassuringly familiar. More importantly, the quality has held up over the years, a rare act of discipline in the modern food business.

Also worth noting: the card machine does not ask for tips. One may buy fries without being emotionally blackmailed by a screen. Civilisation, apparently, is not entirely dead.“

“The chicken, fires, and gravy are all Excellent! KFC style but so much better! So much better! Chicken is so tasty and not greasy. Fries are fairly thick cut, perfect for dipping in the slightly peppery gravy. I've only tried one of the salads once and it was better than the 2 national brands you can get in the grocery store. This is pretty much a walk-up/take out restaurant (especially since covid--no eat-in anymore). I've only seen the same two people working there all these years. Brother/sister or husband/wife, I assume? They are hard workers putting in long hours 7 days a week. No money has been spent on the "dining room" or menu boards. LOL. They take cash and debit (credit??). Their debit machine has no tap function and is dial up so you need your PIN and a bit of patience. That is also way phone calls don't go through. I have never tried to pre-order by phone. Usually only takes about 10 min to get your order anyway. Can't recommend them enough. When family/friends come into town, I try to make sure we get LA Chicken for them while they are here.“

“Honestly don’t know why this place is called Wu Fung Dessert when they don’t sell any desserts at all. I was doing a Richmond food court crawl and visited Aberdeen Centre to try out the chicken wings here. This seems to be one of the most popular, if not the most popular, place to go in this food court according to online food bloggers. Other notable places include Champion Potato Noodles, John 3:16, etc., but this one stood out the most to me.

Prices seem a bit expensive, at $8 for 3 wings (very minor discount if you buy more, with $15.50 for 6 ($0.50 discount) or $30 for 12 ($2 discount). However, the wings were full on wings with drum, flat, and tip, so it’s not that bad, but still not cheap.

I got a few wings to try out myself first and I have to say that they’re one of the best (Chinese fried) wings I’ve ever had. It’s hot, juicy, crispy and has a simple, yet addicting seasoning. It’s slightly different from the Chinese American fried wings as it has less of a batter and less garlic, and more peppery. It was so good I opted to buy the 12 wing option after, but the taste after bringing them home was incomparable with eating them on the spot.

I also got HK style milk tea for $3.50. I don’t know why being cold warrants it being $0.50 more than hot, but whatever.

Despite me praising the food here, I think the service wasn’t good. They gave me one box that didn’t fit 12 wings at all, completely unacceptable. I asked for another box, but no, boxes and bags cost extra. Makes no sense to me to serve someone like this. Lady at counter was also not so friendly, but whatever. I was mainly annoyed at how they packed the wings.“

“It's near my house. My kids love this place. There's one time some kids were bullying other kids in the playground. I asked the manager to solve it. The manager didn't do anything and just let it be. Ironicly, the janitor did help out the situation. LoL. What else I can say?!“
