We have been coming here for 10+ years for their lamb noodles. It tastes authentic just like the noodles we have tried in China. Very good value for the portion. Their buns are very good as well.
Pretty decent Xian style (surprise, surprise) food stall in Richmond Public Market.Parking is available in the lot attached to the building.Looks like a mom (and pop?) shop. In fact, the owner's kids behind the counter seemed bored out of their skulls. Haha.This place has mostly noodle soup, but also other goodies such as lamb skewers, and deep fried buns.They have several noodle types, but my go to is always their thick noodles. ordered braised beef brisket noodles soup. the grandma cashier was friendly , warm, and cute portion was big, and meat was generous nice n tender , hand-made noodles were "bouncy " and chewy . I like that they put lot of veggies in the soup too. overall is good but honestly the soup base was a bit lack of flavor.
