Great tasting food. Only issue is the price increased recently, and that I found the food slightly salty.

The former Old Xi'an store was sold and turned into the current Xi'an Snacks. There is no inheritance of the old Xi'an flavor at all. The noodles are too

ordered braised beef brisket noodles soup. the grandma cashier was friendly , warm, and cute portion was big, and meat was generous nice n tender , hand-made noodles were "bouncy " and chewy . I like that they put lot of veggies in the soup too. overall is good but honestly the soup base was a bit lack of flavor.

The food is okay, I wouldn’t say the 肉夹馍 (Chinese burger) and 凉皮 ( cold noodles) are super authentic to what it tastes like in Xi’an.

A little overpriced. I will give them 5 stars if they put more meat in the lamb friend noodle and lamb soup.

We have been coming here for 10+ years for their lamb noodles. It tastes authentic just like the noodles we have tried in China. Very good value for the portion. Their buns are very good as well.

Pretty decent Xian style (surprise, surprise) food stall in Richmond Public Market.Parking is available in the lot attached to the building.Looks like a mom (and pop?) shop. In fact, the owner's kids behind the counter seemed bored out of their skulls. Haha. This place has mostly noodle soup, but also other goodies such as lamb skewers, and deep fried buns. They have several noodle types, but my go to is always their thick noodles. The wide flat ones, not the udon ones. The food is basically home cooking. The lamb soup noodle hit the spot. Decent chunks of meat, and plenty of noodles as opposed to just soup. I actually left satisfied. Special mention.I also tried their skewers, which were a bit pricey ($10 for 3 as of the time of writing). Decent spices, but a bit on the salty side, which is a shame, because otherwise I could recommend them. Overall I'd stick to the noodle soup.Wouldn't mind coming back at some point.

Xi An is famous for their noodle with lamb / beef in soup, so obviously, I have to try their signature dish. The smell was fragrant and the appearance looked nice with their porcelain bowl. Made me feel like I was eating an authentic bowl of noodles on the side of the street. I went for the lamb meat first, and boy, was that lamb as fat as me. The bite of lamb was half meat half fat, which was kind of nice and unexpected. Usually the lamb I get in noodles are just meat. The lamb tasted like...boiled lamb. Nothing too special like others have said. Their noodles had a nice bite texture and firmness to it. The soup broth was quite oily and it distracted me from the flavours. It was a typical oily clear Chinese broth. Overall, it's a nice bowl of hearty noodles. Personally, I would prefer the broth to be less oily and "cleaner" taste.

In this market place, over 15 spots for food in food courts.I choose here the Xi An Cuisine because I want some cool and chilled food. The Special Cold Noodle is well know as Liang Pi/ Cold Skin from some places. From the picture shown, you can tell they have pre-made lots of fresh stuffs, and just mix together to serve you. The slight chewing texture is great for those style food. Like sticky rice cake, soft and creamy. This whole box for $11 is satisfying for most customers. Be prepared cash for bill, which is common here.PS they make all those Bin, Bao and noodles in front of you, so you know they are fresh.Vegetarian options: Lots of Bin, Bao and noodles are available for vegan

This is one of the restaurants located In the Richmond public market. There are many options to choose from in this food court but this place is a must try! I got the beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles which was delicious . My favorite part of this meal was the texture of the noodle. They had it cooked to perfection with more of an Al dente texture. The wait was pretty long but it was worth it in the end. Give them a try if you're in the area and are craving hand pulled noodle!

My family and I have come here so often it’s our favourite place in the market so far. We usually get the lamb or beef noodle soup. The hand pulled noodles and soups are delicious. We also tried the steamed and fried pork buns both delicious and juicy. Steamed ones were a bit cold but we couldn’t wait to heat them up at home.
