“came here for a late night craving and was so satisfied! we came in just before close and they were gracious enough to let us in. our servers were so friendly and sweet, they answered all the questions we had regarding their menu.

we ended up getting the b.11 which was the rare beef and brisket pho, alongside their fresh chicken salad roll! both were so rich in flavour—and the perfect portion as well

“Wasuta Pasta is one of Richmond’s hidden gems. Tucked away in an industrial area, it’s well worth seeking out if you’re looking for something different. Their Japanese-Italian fusion is incredibly unique, with fresh house-made pasta and flavours that are both creative and comforting.

Every dish we’ve tried has been well executed, and you can really tell they put care into both the ingredients and presentation. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make the experience even better.“

“This is my first time ordering from Don tacos, had the birria tacos and nachos with jaritos cola and tres leches dessert. The food was excellent! I love birria and the tacos had lots of meat lots of cheese. The nachos were loaded as well. Such good flavour, I had the spicy sauce to add a little kick- I will def order again. Thank you to the lady that served me- she was super nice and took time to answer questions about the food.“

“I was here for lunch. The persian food and location is awesome. Its right on Stevestons village with beautiful ocean view.
The ambience and service is awesome. People are friendly and helped me to understand the authentic persian food.

We had appies cauliflower dish and eggplant dish with soft persian bread. The eggplant spread with bread is the killer. Must try. Loved it.

The main course lamb shark, prawn biryani and other chicken dish are good. Liked the saffron flavoured rice and well cooked lamb shank. The biryani is also good however it is different from
How Biryani cooked in India food. At the end we had Baclava dessert with persian Chai. I never had such authentic flavourful baclava. It has almost sprinkled on top and inside it is having cardamom flavour. Woow it was mouthful of flavour. Chai is also very tasty.
I would say, eggplant spread with bread as well Baclava dessert is must try at this place.“

“We ordered takeout and had a great experience. We got two BBQ rice dishes, one with roasted pork belly and char siu, and another with roasted duck and BBQ ribs. Everything was freshly prepared, packed well, and still hot and delicious when we ate it.

The roasted duck was the highlight of the meal. The meat was thick, juicy, and tender, with wonderfully crispy skin. The roasted pork belly had a great balance of crispy skin and tender meat, the char siu was flavorful, and the BBQ ribs were tasty as well.

Overall, the food was fresh, generous in portion, and excellent quality even as takeout. We’d definitely order from here again.“

“I’ve always frequented the Cannery Cafe when I have time to spoil myself for lunch. Their brunch options are fantastic and never failed and so this time I opted to try something else. The duck carbonara udon caught my eye for some time and I will say the flavour profile is great and the portion is good. The only thing I would have liked is if the sauce were a little thicker and not so runny/watery. Great for a rainy day!“

“Richmond has a very large number of eateries specializing in Chinese food. Some quite outstanding, in fact. But when you are looking for an affordable option, and you are in the area near Richmond Centre, Aberdeen Centre, etc., then head out to the food court at Landsdown Centre right on No. 3 Rd. Among the many options here is R & H Chinese Food. On our last visit, we ordered one of our favourite items, Xiao Long Bao, the broth inside very tasty. We also ordered, Boiled Pork Dumplings with Chives, Wonton in Hot Chili Sauce, and had to go back for a couple more orders of the Xiao Long Bao. All dishes were very good. Maybe not the best you can find in Richmond, but certainly hit the spot, made right there in front of your eyes, and very affordable. They also have frozen items to take home, by the way... Finding seating at the food court might get complicated, depending on the day/time. But eventually, a table will be available, even for larger groups. Definitely recommend.“

“I have been coming to this location only, for well over 4 months now and I have always been amazed at how friendly and amazing your staff is.
Myself being a manager of a company I know first hand how hard it can be to hold on to great, amazing, and hardworking employees you should be very proud of your staff as they are all amazing and work incredibly hard for your franchise.
Your food, smoothies and juices so far have all been amazing as I work my way through your menu, I usually try to come over to this location at least 3 times per week.

“My friend got the osmanthus and lychee milk tea and I got the black tea frappe.

The drinks were pleasant especially on a hot day.

My black tea frappe was flavourful and packed a punch of black tea! It’s topped with sweet, fresh whipped cream and crunchy pecan chips.

I will note that you may need to tell them about no pecan chips in case you have a nut allergy. Other than that, sipping the drink can be a bit difficult with the pecan chips, so be careful to not choke on them.“

This is pretty much a walk-up/take out restaurant (especially since covid--no eat-in anymore). I've only seen the same two people working there all these years. Brother/sister or husband/wife, I assume? They are hard workers putting in long hours 7 days a week. No money has been spent on the "dining room" or menu boards. LOL. They take cash and debit (credit??). Their debit machine has no tap function and is dial up so you need your PIN and a bit of patience. That is also way phone calls don't go through. I have never tried to pre-order by phone. Usually only takes about 10 min to get your order anyway. Can't recommend them enough. When family/friends come into town, I try to make sure we get LA Chicken for them while they are here.“

“Basic Hong Kong style Cha Chaan Teng restaurant. The food is decent for the price — no complaints at around $10 per dish. There’s also free underground parking, which is convenient. The tuna spaghetti was spoiled, but after we informed the server, the owner handled it professionally and offered us a replacement meal without any hassle.“

“I ordered a Mango Green Tea from 101 Boba through Uber Eats recently, and I wanted to leave feedback about the experience because the customer service at the Capstan location really stood out.

On the Uber Eats menu, the drink description for the Mango Green Tea was not very clear that it included additional
ingredients/floating toppings inside the drink and i thought it would be mango flavoring. When I received it, it was not what I expected, and I honestly was not very happy with it. I called the store simply to ask if there was any possibility of exchanging it, and I even explained that I had not really drank it and was willing to bring it back.

Carrie at the Capstan location handled the situation extremely professionally. She was polite, understanding, and genuinely cared about keeping the customer happy. She immediately tried to help and made the process easy instead of making it uncomfortable or difficult. She even told me not to worry about bringing it back.

Considering the drink itself was not very expensive, I really appreciated that she focused more on customer satisfaction and long term service rather than arguing over policy.

That kind of service is what makes customers want to come back again.
I also contacted another location to ask about the situation, and while the staff member there was still polite, the experience felt very different. The response was more focused on explaining that the drink already comes with floating ingredients rather than understanding why the menu description may have confused a customer ordering online. I mentioned that the Uber Eats menu could probably be made clearer for future customers so people know exactly what they are ordering.

Overall, I just want to give credit to Carrie at the Capstan location for handling the situation the right way. Professional, understanding, and customer focused service like that makes a huge difference.“

“Went there for king crab and shark fin soup. King crab was prepared in 4 different ways. All deliciously prepared. Some in our party prefer the rice in the last dish be cooked without Curry but it's personal preference. The shark fin soup was only average and pricey, and could be skipped“

“Went to Pho Anh Vu in Richmond for tonight’s dinner. Tried their soup, spring roll, salad roll and chicken wings.

Soup was on point with its clean broth and tender meat. I liked both shrimp salad roll and spring roll as well. Not enough dipping sauce for the salad roll though.

Fried chicken wings was a bit sticky but pretty good flavour to it.

Overall, its a good place to try vietnamese dish at an affordable price point.“

“This place has to be one of the best xiao long bao spots in Vancouver. Everything was delicious. Both the xiao long bao and sheng jian bao were really good. Got the peanut wonton as well which I think was a great addition but I kinda want the peanut flavor to be a bit stronger. I also loved the crispy rice with salted egg sauce and the wine chicken. We went during lunch on a weekend, so there was a queue and we had to wait about 20 minutes, but the food came out fairly quickly.“
