“came here for a late night craving and was so satisfied! we came in just before close and they were gracious enough to let us in. our servers were so friendly and sweet, they answered all the questions we had regarding their menu.

we ended up getting the b.11 which was the rare beef and brisket pho, alongside their fresh chicken salad roll! both were so rich in flavour—and the perfect portion as well

“I was here for lunch. The persian food and location is awesome. Its right on Stevestons village with beautiful ocean view.
The ambience and service is awesome. People are friendly and helped me to understand the authentic persian food.

We had appies cauliflower dish and eggplant dish with soft persian bread. The eggplant spread with bread is the killer. Must try. Loved it.

The main course lamb shark, prawn biryani and other chicken dish are good. Liked the saffron flavoured rice and well cooked lamb shank. The biryani is also good however it is different from
How Biryani cooked in India food. At the end we had Baclava dessert with persian Chai. I never had such authentic flavourful baclava. It has almost sprinkled on top and inside it is having cardamom flavour. Woow it was mouthful of flavour. Chai is also very tasty.
I would say, eggplant spread with bread as well Baclava dessert is must try at this place.“

“Had an excellent experience at Don Tacos in Richmond Centre! We tried the beef tacos, beef ramen, and the Tres Leches cake, and everything was absolutely delicious. The beef was very juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour.

What really stood out was that this is the only restaurant we found serving halal beef ramen, which was a huge plus. The ramen tasted amazing and was very satisfying. The Tres Leches cake was also a great way to end the meal—soft, sweet, and fresh.

The service is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had. The French toast is amazing, and the milk tea is absolutely to die for. “The chicken, fires, and gravy are all Excellent! KFC style but so much better! So much better! Chicken is so tasty and not greasy. Fries are fairly thick cut, perfect for dipping in the slightly peppery gravy. I've only tried one of the salads once and it was better than the 2 national brands you can get in the grocery store. This is pretty much a walk-up/take out restaurant (especially since covid--no eat-in anymore). I've only seen the same two people working there all these years. Brother/sister or husband/wife, I assume? They are hard workers putting in long hours 7 days a week. No money has been spent on the "dining room" or menu boards. LOL. They take cash and debit (credit??). Their debit machine has no tap function and is dial up so you need your PIN and a bit of patience. That is also way phone calls don't go through. I have never tried to pre-order by phone. Usually only takes about 10 min to get your order anyway. Can't recommend them enough. When family/friends come into town, I try to make sure we get LA Chicken for them while they are here.“

“I ordered a Mango Green Tea from 101 Boba through Uber Eats recently, and I wanted to leave feedback about the experience because the customer service at the Capstan location really stood out.

On the Uber Eats menu, the drink description for the Mango Green Tea was not very clear that it included additional
ingredients/floating toppings inside the drink and i thought it would be mango flavoring. When I received it, it was not what I expected, and I honestly was not very happy with it. I called the store simply to ask if there was any possibility of exchanging it, and I even explained that I had not really drank it and was willing to bring it back.

Carrie at the Capstan location handled the situation extremely professionally. She was polite, understanding, and genuinely cared about keeping the customer happy. She immediately tried to help and made the process easy instead of making it uncomfortable or difficult. She even told me not to worry about bringing it back.

Considering the drink itself was not very expensive, I really appreciated that she focused more on customer satisfaction and long term service rather than arguing over policy.

That kind of service is what makes customers want to come back again.
I also contacted another location to ask about the situation, and while the staff member there was still polite, the experience felt very different. The response was more focused on explaining that the drink already comes with floating ingredients rather than understanding why the menu description may have confused a customer ordering online. I mentioned that the Uber Eats menu could probably be made clearer for future customers so people know exactly what they are ordering.

Overall, I just want to give credit to Carrie at the Capstan location for handling the situation the right way. Professional, understanding, and customer focused service like that makes a huge difference.“

“I'm a big fan of the lychee osmanthus milk tea. You can really taste the lychee and osmanthus which is pretty rare since they're quite light flavours and can be indiscernible if not done well. I also really like the straw hahaha it's like a coffee stir stick but with three small holes. Since the straw is so thin, I feel like I'm drinking a large for the suck to time ratio, even though the drink is a regular size (they don't have large). It's prolonging my drink time“

“When the Vancouver location closed down, I was disappointed that we have lost a gem for Shanghai soup dumplings. But when they opened up in Richmond again, all hope was restored. Quality of food is still there. Make sure you line up earlier during dinner service because it gets quite busy. Service is as expected from a restaurant with authentic taste. Don't expect hospitality. That said, they still try their best. Cash or debit card only.“

“Their burgers usually hit the spot! But the patties can be a hit and miss with whether or not they'll be juicy, usually not terribly noticeable with the burger sauces. Their curly fries are good but I find their fries sometimes need a bit more salt.

The place is pretty clean and the manager we talked to before was friendly as well. Ordered online before and noticed they tend to take a bit longer than the stated pick up time (5 to 10min) but no big deal unless you're in a hurry“

Everything was super fresh and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was cozy and clean, with lovely decor, and even the washroom was neat and tidy.
