“We reserved a party of 18 today and ordered several Afternoon Tea sets. Both adults and kids really enjoyed the tea sets. The sets included a wide range of sweets, karage options, and tasty yam & truffle fries with delicious and filling salmon croissants. Festive drinks were also included. The gingerbread latte was my favourite.

The staff were attentive, efficient and provided excellent customer service. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Thank you so much Hazukido Richmond we will definitely return again!“

Imo the drink + dessert combo is always worth it; I love their royal milk tea - it’s full bodied and you choose how much sugar to add.

“Been here a few times now and I have to say their best menu item is the tart! The pistachio tart especially is amazing. I didn't love their croissants and the Danish was good but nothing mind-blowing. Coffee could be better too. But a cute spot with some great things!“

Their pastry selection is vast, and everything looks and tastes good (I've also seen people pre-order whole cakes before).

Just stopped by Diplomat again during the Easter long weekend. As always, tons of exceptional options for sweet treats. A good variety for everyone to enjoy. Service was also quick, even on a long weekend.

Inside seating can be a little challenging if you have a large group. But they do have tables and chairs for outside seating as well. Service is usually quick, and the facilities are always clean.“

“Egg tart, red bean doughnut and coconut butterfly bun were all so delicious. The doughnut was pillowy and soft. Everything tasted really fresh and the women working there don’t speak much English, but are very sweet. As someone who loves Italian and French pastries, this did not disappoint. You can also see them bringing out and making fresh products right from the oven. Everything only cost $2 to $3 each.“

“Wow, I have been going to this brand since I was a kid. They are still the best! I love their Portuguese tarts and cheese lava tarts. As well as any and all their cakes! Their durian cake is not a very strong flavour so it can be eaten by a lot of people even new. We ended up having the cake as a picnic before heading home to the island“

I got the tie Tisha Fung cake. The cake is quite affordable for the quality that you’re getting. I absolutely love the Thai tea jelly that’s on it. The buttercream is light yet prominent in flavor. The chiffon inside is extremely buttery. I left some in the fridge for three days and it was still so moist after period. This is rare.

It seems like such a simple concept… With three ingredients. But every single component of this cake was so well done. Done to perfection, if you will.

I also added the additional cookie sign… Which is totally worth it. At first, I was a little sceptical because they charged for the sign… But honestly? I’m so glad I did. Because it’s delicious. And the writing is quite nice too.“
