Street parking out front was easy to find around 9am, so no excuse not to swing by if you're in the Richmond area.“

“Wasian here. Eat this mochi. The most fresh and soft pillowy perfect mochi ever. We just got back from Tokyo and didn't find this quality of mochi there. The owners are amazing good humans. And you can taste the love. My clementine orange mochi had a whole orange in it! Tiny fingertip claps of happiness!

“Wow, I have been going to this brand since I was a kid. They are still the best! I love their Portuguese tarts and cheese lava tarts. As well as any and all their cakes! Their durian cake is not a very strong flavour so it can be eaten by a lot of people even new. We ended up having the cake as a picnic before heading home to the island“

Four of us ordered the family combo , and there was plenty of food for everyone. The naan was absolutely amazing, and the grilled meats were tender, juicy, and full of flavor from the spices.

“The best changfen I've ever had. I think the reason it's so good here is because they make it to order and get it to you steaming hot (unfortunately never got to experience this elsewhere, even dimsum is just warm). The changfen isn't in very distinct strips because it hasn't had time to cool down and take shape, but I didn't mind

Also compared it with a few other changfen places in richmond and we still loved this one the most, especially at this price point ($7.50 cad with egg added). The chili oil is SO GOOD !! and you MUST add an egg. There's a little table to sit at (you have to eat it hot!), but the surrounding neighborhood is nice, the parking lot works, and there's park nearby so there really are a bunch of options for sitting if the table is taken

I've attached photos from the 3 times we've been from out of town. It makes me really sad to see one time visitors complaining about seating and service when I've always been treated with kindness and enthusiasm (even with my broken chinese).
